Scott and his team arrived Thursday 5th September 2024 to start our conversation. Very professional, polite and keep us informed step by step what was happening. I can't think of enough good things to say about this company. The workmanship is EXCELLENT and never have I come across such a tidy group of workman, when they had finished it looked like the cleaners had been in . HIGHLY RECOMMEND Siberian Stoves. We have had an amazing journey with Siberian Stoves. From finding their clear and engaging website, through contact via email (even though they were on holiday), survey and installation has been a real pleasure.

Scott is a commensurate professional and his counsel was invaluable in highlighting the best options for our project. He was professional in offering what would work and honest in saying what (and why) something wouldn’t fit well. His subject knowledge is impressive and confidence inspiring.

Susan in the showroom was delightful to engage with; she gave all the time needed and had all options available to view and make informed choices.

The quotation was thorough and covered everything including site clearance. The detail was such that we felt confident in commissioning them with no hesitation.

Watching Scott work showed his inherent qualities of organisation, coordination and ‘leadership”. Clearly his life journey has tailored him with strong qualities. Everything fell into place and watching him work was absorbing. Were he to take on apprentices, they’d be well schooled by a solid craftsman.

The results speak for themselves and we couldn’t have wished for a better company to have undertaken this project. In fact, on day one we asked about a wood burner for a second room that we have and Scott immediately gave us options, a quote from Susan was forthcoming in less than 30 minutes and a second wood burner was fitted on day two within the timeframe of the original plan. They worked hard and smart to achieve the goal, leaving the house clean and tidy with all waste removed. Scott was able to recommend from his network a chimney sweep, plasterer and arranged for the waste to be removed by a professional, Scott really is a one stop shop who has a trusted network around him.

Of particular note is Scott’s support for the Veteran and Blue Light Community which he does with pride and dignity. Thank you, we are grateful for everything.

Awesome stove. Siberian Stoves Ltd turned up on time, explained what they were going to do and got on with it. They were working flat out to install the flu, stove and oak mantelpiece, they even forgot to drink their tea!
Excellent work ethic, hard working, clean and tidy and installed in no time.
At the end Scott explained all about the paperwork and how to use the stove. I’ve now got an amazing log burner. I’m sooooo pleased with it. Thanks team….

Fantastic service from Scott and the team! Communications from Susan were excellent throughout the quotation and ordering process with her providing sound and timely advice. The fitting of our log burner went ahead on the date agreed with Scott cracking straight on as soon as he arrived. Within 4 hours the burner was installed and working with everything left clean and tidy (Scott even did the hoovering). Really happy with the result, thank you all very much! We have just had a multi fuel stove fitted by Siberian Stoves and boy what a job. First class from beginning to end. Scott and the team were excellent throughout and from start to finish cannot be faulted. Really organised and professional in every aspect. Our 18th century cottage was never going to be straight forward but nothing was a problem for them. Scott is a perfectionist and makes sure that everything is perfect. He's a bit of a hard taskmaster but this works well with the team, (they're obviously used to him). Susan ( Scotts wife ) handles the orders and was really patient and understanding with our order and helping with our choice. All in all a pleasure to deal with and 5* service. They ripped out and rebuilt two chimneys and fit two Malvern II stoves.

Siberian Stoves fitting my burner earlier this year and it's been the best money I've ever spent. The lads were bang on time when they arrived and never stopped. They were perfectionists when doing the work and couldn't have been any more professional. I can't recommend them enough. If you're thinking of of using them, then think no more and just get them in!
