We are very pleased with our experience with Tulipalo Fires, from the help & advise we were given from Chloe in the showroom, to Simon visiting our home to measure & arrange fitting.

We chose natural slate for the fire breast & Mark worked tirelessly to get the job done.

The fire looks fantastic, couldn’t be more pleased with the finished effect. Adam helped to clean the site & demonstrated the fire controls.

Looking forward to moving into our new home & enjoying the great media wall.

Measured up for a light oak fireplace. Did not have to wait long. They lifted my old surround out to the garage .Fitted my new fire surround without any mess

From my/our initial visit, we were put at ease with the many questions I had with Chloe & Michelle. Nothing was too much trouble. From initial order to installation day we were always informed. So after convincing my other half to get a 'stove fire' after many, nany years we now have one. She couldnt be more pleased. Even more so that we have dramatically reduced our energy bills - weve not had our gas central hwating on since llate April of 2023 - this is no lie!!! Looking forward to the coming winter season when it will b ablaze once again.

Great family run business with excellent customer service. They did a fantastic job of installing a multi-fuel stove in our living room. They took great care in their work ensuring that the finished result looked top quality. They left the house spotless.

Popped into showroom after a google search for fire stores. Was greeted by Michelle who talked us through options for what we wanted and gave us advice around size and TV wall. Ordered an amazing electric fire the following day. Awaiting delivery (approx 1 wk) but tremendous quality, wide selection, price range and friendly professional advice. I would strongly recommend Tulipo to anyone who wants excellent choices, top quality fires and fire surrounds at great prices and with fantastic helpful staff.
Both Michelle and 'Fireman' Simon were both very helpful and couldn't do more to please me. Of course I bought a fire and a limestone surround.

I had a problem with the fireplace today and I called Tulipalo support. They were superb. Simon called on FaceTime and troubleshot remotely and fixed my problem. He not only saved me from booking a service visit but more importantly he got my fireplace working which we use everyday! Great service. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for fireplaces.

From start to finish, extremely professional team.
We ordered 2 fire places, a gas and a log burner.
Work took around 7-10 days.
Quality of workmanship was excellent, fires both look exquisite and have transformed our house.
Communication during the building process was excellent and nothing done without our approval prior to completion.
