Do not use this company. As a landlord I'm am thousands of pounds out of pocket due to the complete mismanagement of my property by these jokers. Completely useless 😒

Been a tenant for 5 years never missed rent infact im well ahead on rent moved into my property it was a right mess but done it up at my expense done most the repairs myself as I email the agent even the head of the company and keep getting fobbed off that someone coming out to fix something and never happens on occasions I get stuff done im in the process of getting my landlords email address and number to speak directly to him as this is verry unprofessional to leave a family of 7 youngest 8month and 1 yrs babies with no working fire or toilet however I fixed the toilet at my own expense after waiting 2 weeks for a reply but still no working fire in the winter and waiting for neally a year for new kitchen as my cubbards and walls are all mouldy with damp and constant slugs come in and white flies everywhere I have took pics to show council so over all these agents aren't that good the best one there is a woman called Catherine she tries her best bless her will update with good review when and if I get my repairs done
