Halfords - Bishop Auckland

Visited Halfords, Bishop Auckland this morning to have my grandsons puncture repaired. The young man who served me was very polite and extremely helpful. He carried the bike from my car, and while he was fixing the bike, he explained what he was doing to my grandson and actually got him involved. He then carried the bike back to the car for me. I don't normally write reviews but I was in awe of how helpful this young lad was. Nowadays it's rare to find customer care like this. I will definitely be going back

Excellent service in your Bishop Auckland store. Guy helped us identify a new bike and had it built asap in time for my daughter's birthday, making a note to ensure that it was built straight away on arrival, one very happy customer.

Staff were absolutely amazing. Could not of asked for more helpful people. My car needed a jump start to get to the right garage to get my battery replaced. Wish I knew their names but It was a lovely lady and two young lads. Amazing customer service!! Thank you so much again !!!

The memder of staff who dealt with me (Tracy) could not have been more friendly & helpful. She changed a headlight bulb very efficiently & was very professional, a real credit to Halfords.

Went for a bulb change on my car a Skoda Fabia passenger side front daylight bulb. The assistant had a difficult task getting the dud bulb out and it took 2 of them to complete the job. This was due to poor design of the vehicle where the access to the bulb housing is. The 2 assistants did a magnificent job and Halfords should be proud that they have such great staff.

I bought a second hand boardman bike and thought I'd have a service done on it.I took it to the Bishop Auckland store and Paul gave it a service and gave me some advice about it.He was very helpful and the bike was spot on.I would definitely go back Paul was excellent.

When I arrived at the store myself and the two assistants could not find the item I was looking for even though it was showing in stock.only down to the vigilance of the 2 lads did we eventually find banana slip chain wax.1st class service hats off to the shop staff.

Nothing less than first class service from the chap at the till who explained the battery options and the need to
reprogram the car after fitting replacement battery. Said replacement and reprogram was carried out also first class by a member of staff. Both chaps a credit to Halfords

Steve, the assistant at the Bishop Auckland branch of Halfords, who fitted the car stereo for me did a first class job and was very easy to deal with. He even stayed on after his finishing time to complete the job - with absolutely no complaints about having to do so. Excellent service.

Easy access and great value for money I only wish I had my order a;; at store pick up as they were great. Dont use the home delivery service as the customer service will be getting 0 star's when it comes to their review. Store was over and above service

Bought a bike and reserved all the bits and bobs. Held it for as long as needed until I got myself into gear to pick it up.

Came fully built even fixed on all the accessories I bought. Being a novice, their explanations of how things worked and which bikes were best for what I wanted
were excellent.

Absolutely outstanding service provided by 2 members of staff, a lady and young lad who despite it being below freezing temperatures, dark and windy worked hard to fix our headlights, trying numerous options and configurations to find out what worked, excellent knowledge base and dedication to getting the job done, a merit to the company. I only wish all customer relations staff were as good. Price wasn't to bad either.
