One of THE BEST experience I had at Currys. The dude working there, Daniel, is really helpful and knows even the slightest of tech details. It was really fun talking to him, as he really helped me pick out the best products. Took his time, never once got irritated. Would gladly visit again for my future Tech products. The customer service, product and their warranty services are outclass. Truly a tech heaven this place.

Purchased a hisense TV today. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. If you want to know anything about TV technology ask for him he knows it all.

The staff were very helpful to guide us through to make our choice. They provided us with their unbiased professional advice in the store and we were to see and feel the products' performances which was great for us, compared to the online reviews and specification - which was confusing for us.

Surprisingly brilliant....
We took a lap top back we bought 3 months ago, which we were having problems with and to be honest, I was not expecting much, as from past experience (3 years or so ago) of these places, the after care is non existent.
Well, I went to the PC help desk and was blown away with the help I was given by the young lady here. She pulled out all the stops and got us sorted, even setting us up with a new Microsoft account so we could access all the products we had purchased... I'm blown away. This was not the service I remember.

Purchased a food mixer 32 days ago and it developed a fault. After spending most of the day on the phone yesterday and getting nowhere because the item had just gone over 30 days they wanted to repair it but the repair would take a very long time due to a back log at Kenwood. I decided to pop into Apsley branch to see if the could help. Spoke to manager Dave, he was amazing, exchanged it straight away, fantastic service from him

We got extremely amazing service from one particular person named Benjy. Hands down one of the the best people I have met. He gives you exactly what you are looking for and any questions you may have he will do his best to give as much detail as possible. Benjy is very genuine and kind.

Purchased my hp home printer yesterday. Was served by a very helpful gentleman who gave me all important information about the printer and suggested a long 3 year warranty to help just in case the product fails to perform. I was very pleased and thank you Currys

I had a great experience. Went in to buy a dryer. The lady called Adriana saw I was looking and came over to help me. Found the one I wanted online and processed it all quickly. She even asked the manager to give me a discount on the product support which I requested to add on. I wasn't pressured into anything and got exactly what I went in for. I'd definitely shop there again.

Perhaps the nicest and most genuine people work here! Fantastic management team headed up by veteran Dave Horn has really turned this store around. Every employee cares about the customer experience :)

Came to this branch a fortnight ago to inform them that the washing machine I had ordered from the Staples Corner branch had a large dent when it was delivered. The staff were very good and friendly especially Arina who dealt with the problem quickly and professionally and ordered a replacement for me and adjusted all the paperwork. I was really impressed with Arina and the other staff.

Normally in the Staples Corner branch you have to hunt down the staff and there are always customers waiting but here I had three of them coming up to me asking if I needed any help.

Everyone was wearing masks and it was a pleasure shopping here.

I live in London but in future it will be worth the extra miles to come down and order from this branch. Thank you Arina and the staff.

Having recently purchased a new laptop, television and new Flip 4 from Samsung. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received from the curry's Hemel Hempstead staff. In Particular Benjy, David and Daniel. Thank you very much to all of you! 5 Stars!!

It’s a good store, not the biggest. Our sales assistant Meg was superb, very helpful and knowledgeable and was eager to help us get the best buy!
