Have always enjoyed the convenience of the store near & handy to where I live. Choices are varied & good for all members of the family. Quality of materials/stitching/fabric dyes used good so clothing keep their shape & last. Reasonable prices.

Very good space for men, women and children's clothes. Not a large selection of dresses. As you can browse for quite some time in there it would be lovely to see a toilet I noticed more than 2 people looking for one.

Really well merchandised and plenty of size choice. Good homewares range too. Staff very helpful.

Excellent priced clothing, few staff but those we talked to helpful and polite. One staff member on the only non self service till that was open ( other tills self service) was exceptional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable of products & patient. Sorry can't remember her name , but thanks anyway.

Went to buy some bargains for summer. Great selection to choose from and was amazed at the price for the number of items I purchased. Employee covering the till area was fab and so helpful. Love shopping in Matalan.

It is just so wonderful as a wheelchair user to be able to maneuver around the whole store. Be able to get to and look at everything I wanted to and more. Another customer decided not to wait in the queue and push in front of me at the tills. The staff member was very quick dealing with the problem and very professional. I'm proud to call this my local store.

Good selection of clothes for ladies, men and children at very reasonable prices. All ages are catered for. There is also a selection of household items. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Sometimes a queue will form but is dealt with very quickly so waiting time is kept to a minimum. There is a toilet with child and disabled facilities. A large car park is right outside the double doors so makes for easy parking. Well worth a visit.
