Title: A Mixed Experience at the BM Store

I recently visited the BM Store and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the store offers a wide variety of products, from home goods to electronics, making it a one-stop-shop for many needs. The prices were generally reasonable, and I appreciated the frequent discounts.

However, the layout of the store was somewhat confusing, and finding specific items proved to be a challenge. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed and lacked the enthusiasm to assist customers effectively. The checkout process was slow, contributing to an overall sense of disorganization.

In terms of product quality, some items seemed to be of great value, while others were noticeably lacking. I would recommend the BM Store for its affordability, but improvements in customer service and store organization would enhance the overall shopping experience.

I love b&m however go in for one thing come out with about 100 and an sad bank account but I got some cool random stuff I didn't need so thanks b&m. 10/10, take my money

A good place to shop with good prices and shelves well stocked. At a guess will probably shut when the old Homebase store at Marsh Mills retail park is re-opened as a bigger B&M. Business could possibly suffer when the new Home Bargains store is opened farther along the road to Plympton?

All ways perfect. You go in for 1 item and somehow come out with 10 items 🤣 the staff are lovely and asked if I needed any help. I would recommend shopping here

Great selection pricing good and freindly staff

Parking was easy with disabled spaces right by the door and managed to get everything I wanted at reasonable prices

Always clean and tidy. Staff willing to help. Never in the queue for too long. Lots of parking, also disabled parking

Great for shopping bits for Xmas, but they need to tell their staff not to be so rude and plus open up more tills. 🙄

Went to purchase some deodorants and other bits at b&m everything I needed was in stock a few bare shelves but looks like changing items around overall very good for what needed to purchase

As long as you know what the shop is and what type of stuff it sells, you'll have a good time, but loads and not spend a great deal 👍

My wife absolutely loves B&M, but my wallet? Not so much. Every time she goes in there, she manages to find something she can't live without. It's like a magnetic forcefield that draws her towards all the great bargains and deals.

Wide variety of products that you don't typically find in shops that provide similar items

Always my go to for usual essentials and bargains.

A very nice place to shop everyone was so helpful.

Went to get one item and ended up with ten+. Never take wife with you it will cost you a fortune. Shop in Plymstock is well stocked, and you can lose yourself in it.
