Sainsbury's

I just wanted to give this staff member some recognition I think his name was Alvaro! The fridge was broken with all the pork in it and he was clearly busy restocking other things but when I asked him where the meat was he went out of his way to go into back of stock and brought back 3 options for me to choose from. It may seem small but he honestly made my day! What fabulous customer service

Nice clean place to shop.
Most shelves were well stocked.
There is plenty of parking outside.
EV points for the few that need it.
There are plenty of child parking spaces. Unfortunately, a few selfish individuals use it because they are entitled or just plain don't give a F..k.
This is not monitored, so what's the point they think.....

Despite Easter weekend making it very busy, we got through very quickly, and there were no problems with parking. The staff are nice and helpful too.

My go to store in Plymouth. Large enough for the weekly shop. Love the fresh Sushi station, bakery and happy they have kept the Cafe to the side too. Ham Egg and Chips and an Americano after shopping? Why, don't mind if I do!

Brill store lots of sale items, look for red stickers and also check out top and bottom self's, sometimes 50% off +++. Great Cafe breakfast 🍳 and coffee fir around £6.50. Loads there, pharmacy ⚕, optician, timpsons, travel money plus petrol⛽. Good parking but it dose get busy after 12!! Suggest early or later unless you like waiting in queues and don't forget your Nectar card I earned over £2.50 back just on this trip💳💷😂.

Members of staff are always ever so helpful, even during busy Christmas shopping times ( last Christmas this store was actually way busier than Plymouth Armada Way one, even some stock sold out faster than the city centre one) nice to have argos there and a cafe / restaurant that serves hot food !!

The sushi bar lady Pensiri made up a pot of such on my daughters birthday even though it was all sold out
My daughter just lives the suchi best ever.. even better than the suchi in town .

Popped in for a quick visit to this superstore. Used cafe. Love the sail like roof design. Sainsbury's are a first class store.

After waiting 2 weeks for my refund and numerous calls to the customer service call center i decided to go straight into the Marsh Mills branch where i was greeted by a lovely lady called Kath to whom i explained that i needed to speak to the online Manager who name is Leon, all i can say is that my issue was resolved in seconds thanks to these wonderful guys. i also received flowers and a gift card, WOW! I was so not expecting that. Leon and Kath you are a credit to Sainsburys unlike the lying customer care team who have promised me 5 times that my refund would be sorted, they are rude and dont understand a word you are trying to say and interrupt you when trying to speak.
So once again a massive thank you to LEON and KATH.

Great quality fresh produce and variety of food in store. Staff are very polite and helpful too.

Good quality food extremely well displayed and packaged. The Petrol station provides very competitive prices and is a good place to refuel after a long trip.

Great to see Sainsbury's investing in 8 high speed 150kw chargers for ev's with simple contactless payment without any app required. I've switched to shopping here from Tesco because I can now charge up and shop at the same time. Just a shame that there isn't a beneficial price for Nectar card holders as that would seal the loyalty.

Bought some clothes for the grandkids really nice quality and value for money, also a great range of Asian cooking ingredients, a staff member Ray? Went out of his way to find a product we could not find, I always thought Sainsbury's was for people with money but there are bargains for us that are not on a good pay rate

This is a mega store, I have not been in this store for a long time, but as expected the range of goods are up to the usual Sainsbury's standard. The store is clean and tidy and the staff friendly and helpful. Easy and plenty of parking spaces.

Very wide variety of products here, and if you're looking for herbs & spices, they are at a very weird place, all the way in the back next to the first row of refrigerators. Hope I saved you an hour of walking around :D
