Didn't actually buy anything but the assistant Rowan was brilliant. Challenged our assumptions about what we needed, thought about different options for our requirements and maximising value for money. Gave me so much to think about I couldn't make a purchase because I had to go away and re-evaluate! Brilliant service.

Visited the store for a new washing machine. Was approached by a member of staff who was extremely helpful.
I was served by Wayne who asked me the type of spec of our washing and shown us Bosch washing machines and really recommend one of them and that was excellent. Purchased that machine also extended warranty that includes yearly service. The gentleman was so helpful we couldn't ask for anything else or advice because Wayne covered everything we needed to know. Absolutely 5* service and thank you

Mark on the Carphone Warehouse desk is a fantastic member of staff, patient, kind and friendly. No problem too big for him to help solve.

Staff can't be bothered, if you want to buy something they probably don't have it in stock.
Better off going online ... Sad times.

I cannot praise the staff in this store enough. I took my elderly Mum in on Bank Holiday Monday as she was looking to buy a cordless hoover. We were greeted as we walked in and directed to the lift as the hoovers were upstairs. We were then helped by Rees who was very knowledge and able to suggest a couple of suitable ones for Mum to try. She decided so we were passed over to Trudi who got the hoover from stock and took payment. She then carried the hoover downstairs and out to the car for us. Amazing service from beginning to end. Thank you.

A young lady called Tivonia was very helpful today on my purchase of an A3 printer. She checked them all for me and let me know what features they all had so I could pick one for the features that I needed

I new where everything was when entering store. Picked from in stock items and checked out within 5 minutes. Staff very helpful when needed.

A young man called Ethan was excellent..sorted out my new phone..did all the technical stuff for me..went above and beyond..I hope this gets passed on to him..

Good service, gift price and a good amount of Disabled parking. About 6 or 7 places. Although, Curry's website gives better prices you can get in-store.

Great place friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Happy to help you could get items cheaper else where but the help and service make up for it. Very easy to get what you want and no pushy sales tactics

Went to buy a new fridge freezer today An excellent range to choose from and an extremely helpful lady to serve us despite being alone in a massive sales area. Although run ragged she gave us her total attention. Excellent service so far, the new fridge is going to be delivered next week. Fingers crossed.

Had a fantastic experience buying an oven in this store - Izzy, the customer assistant, was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help my partner and I, listening to our requirements and budget and helping us make an informed decision. She was absolutely brilliant and helped two usually really indecisive shoppers leave the store completely confident in our purchase. We'll definitely be shopping there again!

Needed to visit this store to complete a Currys trade in on a old phone with a promotion on.
I initially read the reviews and thought oh god they probably won't want too help me with this as its a little time consuming.

I was completely wrong. The service received was to a very high standard which to be honest I wasn't expecting from the reviews shown.
When walking into the store to a staff member near the door greeted me and was more than happy to help with my query, friendly and professionally he checked store stock for me and unfortunately it wasn't available within Currys themselves, but offered delivery (Next day) and then also went out of his way to ask the Carphone Warehouse in-store staff if they could process it. Luckily enough they had stock in-store and allowed the trade in to be processed. The second staff member who dealt with the trade in, again very friendly and professional, really high standards of Customer service, the whole trade in process quick and simple! Top service.

Had a gentleman help us buy a tv he was really helpful and knowledgeable, can't remember his name but would definitely recommend, only issue I had was with the Sony rep being to pushy and getting involved and undermining the other member of staff especially considering he knew nothing about any of the competitors specs or products

But want to say a big thankyou to the other gentleman :)

Went into store today to buy an iPad was served by Sam who was amazing with the whole process, nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to solve an issue we were having! Very helpful, nice friendly guy thank you!

A massive store with virtually every electric device. A large gaming area and an area set up to play online games while you decide to buy. So many of the newest TV models. The staff are very knowledgeable and keen to help. The best Curry's store I've ever visited.
