Always been really helpful. Prescription was ready and waiting. Much much better than the last company who ran this pharmacy

Visited for the first time in a long time recently. There was no queue and it looked well organised. Fingers crossed this is a sign of good changes following the change in ownership it.

Very helpful even though understaffed. You can see that they're doing their very best 👌🏼

Have been using Jardines these past few weeks and cannot fault their service and would recommend them .

Usually very quick when picking up a prescription, friendly staff.

Staff are usually rushed off their feet, they do try to be as helpful as possible, but to be honest it seems to be an uphill battle. Not sure if its the managent or just the amount of work. The chemist who has been there recently is friendly and polite as are the current staff. Been closing early due to lack of staff.
I have been using lloyds for over 5 years now and it never changes. The issues are with the company not the branch. Or the poor staff who have to try to make it work.

I would like to leave a massive thank you to the guys in Cambourne Lloyds who have been magnificent today, from a miscommunication over script issuing they pulled out all the stops to help me avoid a potentially dangerous situation with my meds , totally professional and with humour and respect , thank you guys from me that rescued what would have been a nightmare , literally, for me this weekend .

I would like to feedback a positive review for the Cambourne branch of Lloyd's pharmacy , the latest manager has transformed the business performance of the branch over the last 6 months into a much more controlled and professionally run service , she and her newly recruited team are confident , friendly and inspire the customer with a sense of being important to them and all the chatter about mistakes with meds, which is obviously totally unacceptable so congratulations to all the team and the leadership girl whose name I don't know unfortunately .

Bit slow on the uptake but only one in the village could be better but they don't need to be because of above, mostly always friendly.

Very long queue in pharmacy, but the staff are very good, especially the young blonde lady, who is very kind to customers and extremely patient. I really admire the staff, as its such a pressurised job. I wouldn't like to work there. The pharmacy either needs to be expanded and more staff taken on or there should be another pharmacy in Cambourne built, especially with all the new housing going up. This is why there's always a queue no matter what time you go. The staff should not be blamed for that.

The staff here are fantastic but the size of the pharmacy isn't fit for purpose anymore. Since it was opened Cambourne has grown considerably as have the surrounding areas the pharmacy serves. no matter what time of day you go in there is always a very long queue and waiting time. This is no reflection on the staff as they clearly do their best and work very well under the pressure of lots of people needing attention but the business should definitely look at getting a bigger store in the area if the opportunity arises so the team can be grown to make it more effective and efficient.

7 people queuing in front of me and 3 behind, the door says open at 9am, it's 9:15...what is going on? My son is shivering waiting to be seen by a pharmacist. Welcome to England 2021.
So at 9:25 an employee finally communicated that there was no pharmacist, so legally they were unable to open... Earliest arrival of the pharmacist was tk be 10:30am. Awful communication and awful business contingency. I will avoid Lloyd's from now on.
