Plush Puppies Dog Grooming

First time we visited Plush Puppies yesterday. The service provided was exceptional. I was asked what sort of cut i’d like and if my dog had any allergies. He came out smelling and looking wonderful. Lano is a happy boy. Would highly recommend this dog groomer. Thank you for looking after him so well 💖

I shop here regularly for my aquatics. Always really helpful, fish tanks are always clean. Always given good healthy advice, and I'm never pushed into buying anything that is not suitable for my tank. Ian is very knowledgeable. Nice friendly trustworthy staff. Highly recommend.

An amazing pet shop and fish store for all your needs. The shop is very welcoming and clean, especially the aquatic department which is rare now days. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they will offer honest, transparent information, wether you are a beginner or pro. They will never try and sell you stuff you dont need. They are also honest with fish compatibility, they obviously care highly for their live stock. Ive had fish, plants and shrimp here, all have flourished, they clearly have good suppliers.

We came here to look at the fish and pick up some aquatic plants. We were given loads of useful advice. The manager was incredibly knowledgeable and happy to share advice. It makes a nice change as a lot of aquatic shops in the area seem to be only interested in selling you more products, rather than actually helping. The fish all looked in great condition, and they have a great stock if discus. We also picked up some bits and pieces for the dog. Everything seemed really good value. I would definately recomend this place.

We went to purchase some tropical fish and get the water tested. The young woman who served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about fish. My husband and I are complete novices when it comes to tropical fish and she took the time to explain what kind of fish we would be best starting with, food and how to feed them, ideal temperature etc. We brought along a sample of water from our tank which was tested for free. After having gone to other pet stores and being told to just buy some fish and "chuck them in" I would not go anywhere else. The fish I purchased are still swimming happily around and look perfectly healthy to me. We will definitely be going again to get more fish and other supplies. Excellent customer service, thank you.

Review update: On my last visit I arrived to find the "Nutty about Pets" petshop has now closed down.....only the groomers left. Such a shame as it was a good independent shop.

Original review: Since being taken over by new management the shop looks smaller from outside, but inside layout is much easier to navigate. Stock level and choice is very impressive. Prefer visiting here to the larger corporate shop chains. Friendly staff.

Really good stock of fish, very clean tanks & competive prices.

The young girl in there was brilliant she held the rabbits all the time so they are very friendly. Can get everything you could possibly need for you pets including duck food which is great as alot of pet shop don't do duck food.

This complex caters for Pets of all sorts. Its known as the Coral Cave possibly the best Fish retail outlet in the East of England according to the FishKeeper magazine, I go for the Marine or saltwater life excellent service and knowledgeable staff. But today the 7th December I found this biz has changed the trading name and staff .

Brought a beautiful dwarf lop rabbit from this pet store. Had brilliant service and advice on how to care and what i needed to buy for my rabbit. Very friendly and helpful service! And great value on hutches too!

Fantasic fish section. Got myself a Male Betts and only having a limited experience with these fish I was throughly advised with the correct way to maintain my tank and look after my new fishy boy. Thank you Ian. 10/10 would recommend !

Really like Nutty about Pets. We took our Rabbit in for a week while we went on holiday and they looked after her well and was reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful with a good selection of products.

Great value. Great products. Great staff. We have found everything we needed for our dog over the years; different types of leads, toys, treats and food.
