Ramada Cambridge A14

Hotel is located on a main route, so easy to get to and great for motorway access. The rooms are clean, fresh with aircon, although in my room it seemed to be faulty. (239)
I'm a Wyndham Reward Member, so I paid £52.00 plus 3000 reward points, otherwise it would have cost circa £89.00. I would go as far and say even at £89 for the room, it is good value for money. It has a restaurant, which serves simple but well cooked food. I can highly recommend the Gammon, you will get a big plate full.
This was one of those rare occasions where my booking notes were actually read and implemented. (I always have a specific room choice)

I feel that staff have been instructed to avoid it unless asked.
As a Platinum Elite member of IHG, I never have to ask, and my membership is always acknowledged at Check-in.

I was really pleasantly surprised. I had a great night sleep, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was excellent. It was quiet, relaxing, there were food and drink options at the Ramada just downstairs but it was also extremely close very short walking distance to all the shops at the extra services.

Staff great and sorted my mistake in booking with no extra charge. Room basic but within scope of price. Clean.

Have stayed here many times over the years as a halfway stop. Can't fault the cleanliness or service you get here at all. We're planning to stay again next month, again as a halfway stop

Called in on coach trip. Comfortable. Clean. Good selection of eaterys.

Given that I arrived at 5am after my car broke down, the pricing was excellent (£50), and the beds are comfortable. Staff are good too.

Wouldn't normally consider a hotel in this area but if I needed something around here wouldn't hesitate.

Note: Recovery paid for the stay but still excellent pricing.

Lots of food outlets next door from Mexican to Chinese to pizza, McDonald's and more..

Nothing too much trouble for the reception staff. A great team who supported each other and the guests.

The rooms were well kept and quiet with very comfortable beds.

The breakfast was well cooked and of a superb standard.

Parking and WiFi was free.

Really enjoyed my stay here and would happily reccomend.

Precooked the Ramada at Cambridge services, the room was very clean and comfortable. Tv and drinks available, staff very friendly . Defo recommend. And I'll be using the brand again on future .

it was a great vacation - the kids were thrilled with the place - so much to do and see. The dining was superb - such adventurous meals and the gentle sound of the motorway was so relaxing. we look forward to our next two week stay there.

Hotel is exactly what it says on the tin.... room adequate, bed very comfortable, shower works well and room was clean and tidy! We had a very warm welcome from the reception ... especially LEONI who was an absolute delight .... promotion and pay rise for her please!

Decent place to stop off for the night. Friendly and helpful staff (thanks Izzy).

They are able to store bits in a fridge if you need to store any food bits overnight.

The room was good too. Fairly priced. Can't really ask for more than that. Keep up the good work guys.

Booked as we were going to a friends 50th. Party of 12 booked in no problem, hotel was lovely and clean. We were able to have a drink in the bar area after the party some of my friends had a hot chocolate. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely hotel, cant seem to fault it. We was welcomed by a lovely member of staff. They were very helpful and told us all the information we needed to know. We got directions to our room. Our room was beautiful, well decorated no marks anywhere. It was so clean and we loved the shower. The room was big and the bed was so comfy. We would recommend this to anyone defiantly worth the price. Right next door to a shopping centre with loads of restaurants. Easy to find and great parking. Staff are defiantly the most nicest we have ever met. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

What a lovely place. Jamie on reception was kind, helpful and efficient.The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the five star breakfast was reasonably priced.

You get way more than you expect for such a low price. Spacious and clean, well equipped room. Free parking and wifi, and lovely staff. Great for a quick work trip. I'd absolutely come here again.

I stay here often with my work, staff very polite and professional and always willing to help. Rooms are clean would highly recommend. Aaron has gone above and beyond to make sure myself and my work colleagues get rooms for when we contract near site.

Used it as a base for an early appointment at Royal Papworth hospital. Very easy to find. Was given a very warm welcome on arrival. The staff were all very helpful throughout my stay. The room was of a very good size and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. In my opinion it was overall excellent value for money and a most enjoyable stay at a very pleasant Inn.

Look this a budget hotel, you don't get all the little extras such as bottled water, but you certainly get value for money we paid around £27 per head for a family room (just the two of us) per night in August !
Breakfast,serve yourself was ok, dinner menu pretty decent,both at extra cost of course, but bear in mind you are next to a services so plenty of choice for food
Amazingly it was very quiet in the hotel considering where it was great value

We checked in on Friday 21st August. Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. Both Ollie and Aaron worked very hard. The food was amazing. Well presented and tasty. Room was as expected clean and comfortable. Showers piping hot. Couldn't fault our stay. Thank you.

The staff here were very helpful. First of all we was put in a double room which was 2 single beds pushed together, we went to reception and they immediately swapped our room and was happy to help. The night porter was very friendly and went out of his way to help us. We even slept in past 12 and was in a rush to leave in time to which the staff let us take our time and have a shower and get ready without being rushed despite check out time being 11am. Rooms are very clean. Plenty of parking. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.
