Had a lovely visit to the shop today whilst on a daytrip to Tenby. Richard was a pleasure to meet and made us feel very welcome... pleased with out purchase and daughter loves her MCR mug. Definitely go again I in the area

Been coming to Tenby for ten years. Lovely little shop and definitely not over priced it’s just a shame online shopping’s making little stores like this seem crooked in regard 2 prices.

Really interesting shop. Since his father died the shop is run by Charles Dale who is a well known actor and this seems to have attracted more people into the shop.

My daughters aged 7 and 4 wanted to go in and have a look around, they both wanted baseball caps with their favourite bands on, he was extremely helpful and gave them both a badge free of charge.

Would highly recommend going in and looking at the very unique products on offer.

Went in last week whilst on holiday in tenby and bought a mini display guitar , which was lovely, but the highlight for me was meeting Charles Dale and having my photo taken with him. Got to say I was a little star struck as I was a big fan of his from his Corrie days, he was so nice and really down to earth, will definitely go back next time we are in Wales

Great store, didn't have what I was looking for, but with no hesitation offered to get it in. Did pick up a nice James brown vinyl though. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Really enjoyed my visit and will definitely pop back in next time I'm in Tenby. Highly recommend.

Having read some of the below reviews, I was actually a bit disappointed in the end that we didn't get ejected from the store - I was braced and ready! In the end (I think it was Richie) turned out to be lovely - very welcoming, and let me flick through all of the vinyl without telling me off for browsing. He even gave our grumpy dog some biscuits and water. We almost had a small disagreement about the Stone Roses as I was paying for my chosen items, but he admitted he had been proven wrong and with that we parted company. A great little shop :-)

Without doubt the best independent store in South Wales.
Been coming here since the early 80s owned by Laurie Dale run by his trusty sidekick and guitar legend Richie truly worth a visit.
From vinyl to belt buckles CD's to T shirts there's not much you can't get there its worth a visit for the ceiling alone.

Visited Dale's this week while on holiday after being recommended by a friend ,wow what a well stocked shop and we were able to browse which was brilliant as my eldest has Aspergers and likes to take a long time looking at things and taking in detail ,was a bonus that Charles Dale was in the shop as wanted to meet him and ask him some information on his acting and a great series I remembered him from 'The Lakes ' .Lovely fella V friendly and tbh could of talked to him ages but didn't want to do his head in .Bought some funky Alice in wonderland pictures and will visit again !

The nicest guy who works in there. I thought I needed new strings on my ukulele but it wasn't that at all. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, which is great in my book. They have a great selection of instruments, CDs and movie memorabilia. Definitely check it out if you can.

Great shop, only negative is there's no online shop which is a shame as I live in Swansea, I would have bought loads of things.

Absolutely great experience, very friendly customer service with a large selection of albums, t shirts, belt buckles and other very cool merchandise. Can't wait to go again.

Lovely staff, Covid-19 friendly, hand sanitiser at the door. Nice selection. I picked up a nice pair of studio headphones and they are pretty fabulous. Highly reccomended!

Always friendly and helpful. More expensive than larger stores, but has the personal touch. Visit every time I'm in Pembrokeshire and have never been disappointed.

A real Tenby landmark! We never miss visiting Dale's. Always get a rock t-shirt or some cool music gear.
