I love buying my tools etc here, within minutes of ordering on line I receive a text to say it's ready for collection, products always seem available. The staff are helpful and friendly & abide strictly to the Covid-19 rules. Very competitively priced & a huge range of products. A present experience when shopping here. Good quality products & paints etc. A really nice store.

Feb 2022. Popped in for a few more bits of decorating material, they had every thing I wanted. I used their easy to use website first. Found everything nice and easy, staff were helpful & friendly as always. So nice to browse & shop here.

I did click and collect. Pleasant assistant who took less than a minute to retrieve my order. Good service. Displays in the shop for kitchens and bathrooms were good and prompt offers of assistance.

Quick and easy shoping was really quiet

Used Wickes in Hailsham as I am in the process of selling my house and needed a bathroom vanity unit quickly and couldn't afford to wait 3/4 weeks for delivery. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful (and patient!) and I was able to take away the same day a sink unit and the toilet unit, with help from a very lovely guy who offered to help me to the car. The toilet and a few other bits were delivered the next day. So all in all extremely pleased with the service, the delivery and the unit looks fab in situ. Thanks wickes. Sarahx

Ordered online, picked up in Hailsham next day. Well organised, efficient and polite. Seem to have the current situation of social distancing and infrastructure well sorted.

It is full of nearly all your needs for the DIY fan and builders alike usually can park just outside the door so easy to load up the car definitely shop there again

Large store which stocks tools, paint, pipes, tiles, lights, toilet seats etc. I purchased a spirit level and a cheap cordless drill from here.
