The best customer service I've experienced in years! I placed an order, but realised as soon as it went through that it had auto filled my old address. I emailed to explain and received a very prompt response.

Not only did they resolve that issue, but also asked me to confirm the size just to make sure (as the sizing for the brand is quite off). After a few emails back and forth providing plenty of advice and guidance, it turned out that the skates I'd originally ordered wouldn't have been the right fit or the most suitable.

Gaston recommended a much better alternative at the same price, even though they were more expensive (what companies look after their customers like that nowadays?!!!). Then the very next day they arrived and are so much better than expected.

So this little address error, paired with phenomenal customer service prevented the headache and costs of having to return the original ones, then probably hours of research to find an alternative and instead received the perfect skates at a reduced price and very little effort required.

I wish I could buy absolutely everything from here...

Excellent shop, I came in to try a pair of skates to make sure they fitted correctly (far better than endless online shopping and sending back!). The experience was great, the guy who helped me and my wife couldn’t have been nicer!

I haven't skated for about 20 years, I did some research but had some questions and when I called up the guy was really helpful. We discussed a few options and I ended up buying a pair of USD Sway Team IV. They arrived next day and fit true to size.
My experience was great from start to finish and I highly recommend Loco Skates.

But not skated in 15years and the kids are just getting into skating.

Lots of YouTubing and finally made my mind up on some skates .
Looked around ended up on locos site after watching some of there YouTube videos.
Ordered two pairs of fr ufr one for me one for the wife.
Delivery was fast and the where £70 cheaper a pair than most other uk sites

This place is amazing they gave me my 1st custom set up I was served by gaston himself the experience was amazing the set up he recommended was amazing. He even threw in a top for me! I honestly can’t recommend enough. Their youtube channel is amazing and gave lots of insight they truly are a customer centric skate shop it’s now the only one I will use. they even have an on site skate park!

I drove all the way from Leicestershire to Eastbourne to get my inline skates and the staff as soon as I got there was amazing! They was impressed for my loyalty of travelling down from far away so they gave me 10 percent discount thankyou very much I'll be back again soon!

After 25 years off of blades I found it a little confusing finding the right pair for me, especially with all the choices we have today. My initial pair i ordered didn't fit . This wasn't an issue at all. The easy to follow and fool proof returns procedure is stupidly easy and I ended up with exactly what I needed and literally next day too.
Kudos to Loco for their absolutely flawless set up and thanks helping an old boy back into an awesome sport.

You can rely on them to have the best range of skates and other items anywhere and their knowledge and service is always spot on. These guys know skating...trust me they will always give you fantastic advice and service whether you're new to skating or an experienced shredder.

Loco is the best UK skate shop, their customer service is amazing. They helped me with multiple returns without quarrel, giving advice on sizing and skate recommendations and generally they've never let me down. For that, 5 stars.

Bought some new skates, arrived swiftly, they were too small so had a great chat with them (took a few attempts to get through) on the phone to discuss stuff, very informative. Opted to use the free size exchange, took about a week for the turnaround but skates (powerslide next core 80) have arrived and fit great. My only grievance is they’re so far away from me I can’t drop in for a cuppa and a chinwag.
