Jollyes - The Pet People Hailsham

Great staff, they fitted collar for our puppy and gave us advice, nothing was too much. We get the dog's claws clipped here for eight pounds. Nice bright and airy shop with plenty of room and a huge range of stock. Easy parking, and conveniently situated 2 doors down from Argos.

Today, I was asked by my daughter to pick up some dog food from Jollyes. I was greeted by two friendly lady staff members. One was called Jade, the other lady I'm sorry I didn't get your name. I showed Jade a photo of the item I required, and she immediately went to fetch it for me. I then thought I ought to buy two while in store. Again, Jade immediately fetched the additional bag of dog food. Both ladies helped carry the heavy bags and put them in my car for me. The friendly manner and such willingness to help me really made my day, and it's not often you go shopping and have such a fabulous attitude. Thank you both so very much, and I sincerely hope your management team appreciates you both.

My review relates exclusively to dog products. Jollyes have improved considerably since an earlier review. In-store has a better layout and the product range has improved. There's a good range of frozen raw and wider choice of their own brand life stage food as well small selections from less mainstream brands such as working dog lines. The staff are friendly and helpful with great product knowledge. Discounts, especially those connected to the loyalty card, are now automatically applied at checkout. Products online may not reflect the full range in store so I would recommend an in-store visit. The refund policy on own brand products enables you to try out a new food without risk (added bonus that returns are donated to animal welfare and rescue charities)

Well stocked store with good selection for my dog and cats. Reasonably priced,recommended to join their pet club and get 15% of every month on bulk buying. Very friendly and helpful staff who always take time to talk to you and your four legged family member.

Great pet shop, a wide selection for all animals and competitively priced. They also have a loyalty scheme being part of the pet club and get 15% off next month purchase of dog and cat foods. The best part of this store is the staff, welcoming and so friendly with expert knowledge and advice.

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a good pet club providing discounts each month. The store in Hailsham is very accessible with a large car park.

Competitive prices, excellent and friendly staff

All the staff currently at Jollyes are exceptional. They have helped me so much with my two Oriental cats, Kittens we've raised, and our Spaniel Puppy.

I would never go anywhere solely for the customer service. This is by far the best Pet Shop just for the customer experience, be it for the animals or their humans.

I think this store is not credited enough by the bigger bosses. They are the best of the best!

Jollys is a great place to buy live insects for my ever growing collection of arachnids,which is why i drive over to hailsham. They get 2 delivery's a week and they last me just over a week,providing you feed and hydrate. Great prices to suit all budgets, Plus everything else under one roof.
Staff are so helpfull,i dont think there is anything they dont sell pet related, always adding new stock,except dont do much for tortoises in the way of substrate.
Free car park managed by euro car parks,make sure you park withing the parking lines( need re painting) otherwise a jobsworth will try and give you a ticket.. one downside is that it's on a terrible potholed industrial estate.

Went in last week, first time in about 10 years. Always used to shop here for pet supplies, but around the time they moved from the a22 to this location the prices went up.
Better staff, nice young man of a larger build was kind and helpful. Would definitely go back again. Loved their live feed area, was impressed they have some medications.

Another store who are taking the present crisis serious by limiting the number of customers going in & using a one way system. A nicely laid out & clean shop, shelves always topped up. The staff are helpful & friendly, there's always a member of staff at the door who will ask you if you need any help, that's a really nice gesture. Jollyes has a huge selection of foods, medicines etc for all your pets needs. One of the better pet stores in the area. 🙂👍

Great parking with a fantastic selection of products. The staff here have always been friendly (and will give your pet a fuss). The aisles are wide for wheelchair access and things are at a great height.

The store does have a slightly odd lay out but this is easily over come after your first visit.

Bought a puppy harness today and the sales assistant Lily was really helpful. Range of toys, treats, food etc was also quite impressive. Will definitely be revisiting in the near future.
