I have been visiting the Waitrose Cafe in Cirencester with my partner for our Friday evening coffee for about a year now and I can honestly say that it has been one of our best decisions. The customer service received is always brilliant; the staff are always warm and friendly. In particular, the young tall blonde chap that we have encountered on multiple occasions is one of the most polite and helpful people I have ever met. His customer service is professional and efficient; he always delivers a courteous welcome and ensures that we have everything we need for a wonderful experience. The coffee is great; it's tasty, fresh, and reasonable priced. The cafe atmosphere is always pleasant and enjoyable. Overall, I can highly recommend the Waitrose Cafe in Cirencester to anyone looking for a great experience.

A perfectly cromulent Waitrose. Gets bonus points for having a decent sushi counter and some excellent charging points for EVs.

Great Waitrose with all the usual items one expects to find in store, along with a few surprises at special times such as Christmas. This is quite a large store but not as large as Cheltenham branch of Waitrose.
The only section of the store that I experience as limited in selection is the cheese one. Given the prime location in the Cotswolds, I would anticipate a massive choice of locally sourced cheese in the prepackaged part of the counter. This would allow those in a moderate hurry to get the breadth of choice without waiting to be served and, of course, have it weighed and wrapped. Packaging does not need to be less environmentally friendly in such a scenario, as waxed paper can still be used to wrap the products.

Alway good quality products. You know Waitrose have a strong ethical stance which is valuable to us. Partners are always cheerful, helpful and professional. Well done.

As a prolific member of the upper class society, I am a regular in shopping at Waitrose (it is my favourite pass time). Recently, when I visited for my weekly shop, I bumped into a charming young fellow named Oliver. I asked him if he knew the salt contents of the Himalayan Sourdough. To my absolute delight, he returned with the precise answer of 0.5g/100g. This peaked my interest as I have severe health concerns such as CHD and diabetes, meaning that the low contents was tolerable for my frail body. I continued to talk to the handsome young lad for around half an hour as it was a quiet Tuesday night (a good time for locals). I then promptly scooted home in my class 1987 5.0 V8 Windsor Ford F150 to enjoy my scrumptious Himalayan Sourdough with my Dog, Ernest.

The café at Waitrose, apart from the delicious and very reasonably-priced food options, employs people of all age groups and diverse background that are always trying the best to please the customers. An amazing place for breakfast or lunch.

A well managed store, shelves always stocked friendly staff especially in the wine section.clean and tidy as you would expect from a Waitrose shop.plenty of parking no disability issues.

I really enjoy shopping in this store. They have a wide selection of products and the prices are reasonable.

In all my visits to a waitrose store Cirencester & Cheltenham to date beat the rest. Extremely professional & friendly staff who greet you with a smile & a welcome that goes along way. The stores are clean inside and out with a warmth of welcome ☺ to you as you arrive, I just wish maybe other stores could take a pinch of this and add to their own, but then this is Waitrose above n beyond customer excellence and a very well done from me to all the staff 😊 😀 👍

Very nice supermarket lovely cool inside (outside 26c)

Clean, well stocked and the partners are always on hand if you need them. The food sold is excellent in quality compared to other supermarkets and various counters are available for meats and fish at the back of the store. A café is also present at the back and serves a variety of food and drinks to shoppers.

A good sized store with all the normal isoteric selection of food & drink that you would expect. Friendly & knowledgeable staff available to assist your shopping needs. Car park can get busy at time, but normally spaces available at the edges.

Prices affordable ,especially Essential range but good choice across ranges. Staff friendly and helpful

Today I had very early home shop 8-9 due to hospital appointment.
My husband was still in bed,I'm disabled,I answered the door and the young man Kieran was so nice very helpful and put all my bags indoors in the hallway to sort at my leisure.
I am so grateful Kieran thank you,he even closed the gate thank you all with a smile 38 lakeside fairford heven closed the big gate

Butchery dept.
Bought a large steak pie and two breasts of lamb yesterday.
The butcher was absolutely amazing so so helpful and so very pleasant. Cant believe we still have such nice attentive people serving customers these days.
Definitely a blast from the past.
