Friendly staff, nice little store to visit. Plenty of parking. I used click & collect, order was waiting for me when I entered the store. Would recommend.

I was in earlier today while some rude electrician was mouthing off at a employee called Harry for a problem with the app (clearly not his fault). Dealt with him professionally, good work for not having a pop back. I would have done in his position.

Always excellent and friendly service in the Cirencester branch. The same today, when the perfect replacement bulb for a very old sensor light was found really quickly.

As with other smaller branches I found cirencester friendly and well stocked. They are operating a click and collect service which went smoothly, I would come here in preference to Gloucester
