This is an awesome store. I'd call it an 'emporium'. Slightly traditional department-store, but they have a huge amount of stock on display. And at all price ranges for the 'thing' that you need. The staff are helpful, approachable and have detailed knowledge about the products. I spent more than I intended, and plan to go back for more!

Great shop. Something in there for everybody and everything.. Everything from sofas, cookers, fridges and bathrooms. Great little showroom. Lots to choose from. New range of towel rails. Would recommend a look if your local..

It is a little more expensive than Amazon but it is local especially for the items you need immediately. Never had a problem returning something that wasn't right. A great Cirencester resource.

This was my first visit to the shop and I will most certainly be returning. It's a store that has everything and I must say we were rather impressed with their selection of paint, much more range than your normal DIY store.
The staff were very friendly and even gave my son a little Christmas present (The Nutcracker book) reasonably priced and have some lovely home bits.

Total shopping experience. Great products, great staff and exceptionally competitive prices. Store is very well laid out and has everything you might need for home decor and DIY. The lighting department is superb as is the range of electrical appliances. Why go anywhere else when it's right here on your front door. Cannot recommend highly enough. Had great service from a guy called Ted.... customer service does not get much better.

Great customer service and a friendly and welcoming team. The lighting department are especially helpful. I went in looking for some under hob lights and got exactly what I needed. Won't go anywhere else.

Family run independent with knowledgeable , friendly and helpful staff. A wide range of products. Accessible store with own carpark with disable parking and lift to second floor. Wide isles enabling wheelchair and mobolity scooter access, occasional promo stands need to be moved, but the staff keep an eye and assist if occurs.
Made to feel welcome on EVERY visit.

I have just received 'Excellent' customer service from Heather & Steve from GH in Cirencester. It was to do with a suitcase, to say they went the extra mile is an understatement. They were both so helpful, polite, friendly and professional. This was all from a phonecall, they sent photos of the product, prices and were so chirpy, not something you expetience very often these days! Thank You.

You can literally purchase anything in this shop. A quick visit almost turned into a day trip. Great selection and widespread.

Amazing they now stock the Wash'a'way paint brush and roller cleaner. A no mess solution. Be amazed.

Started a plumbing job I should have left to a plumber . I bought two taps for a basin and a bath , helpful staff got me what I needed . No more dripping taps . 😀
