Usually use the Post Office in Watton (Edwards) . In Swaffham, went to the Post Office at McColls, and admit it was the one occasion, but the customer service was so poor that I have not been back since. Long queue, staff working behind the counter did not seem to care, leaving one on her own to deal with customers, one who took a very long time with issues. In Edwards, they cheerfully bring extra staff to help customers. Prevalent indifferent attitude.

I went into McColl,s yesterday and was served by a very rude you person ,i asked him if they sold Paracetamol to which he replied i have no idea ,i cant be bothering with paracetamol ,i was a purchasing a newspaper and 2 packets of sweets ,the sweets were priced on the the shelf at 2 for £1.00 ,the news paper was £1.90 which should have made total to pay of £2.90 but he wanted to charge me £3.60 ,i questioned the amount with him to which he replied he very rudely £3.60 was correct ,i decided to leave the sweets and just buy the paper .
