Boots

So yesterday Saturday 27th January, I was sent via 111 to Boots Pharmacy to get treated. Unfortunately they did not have the relevant staff there to help with my issue. While the Pharmacist told me to go sit in Urgent Care, the Pharmacist Assistant rang around numerous Pharmacies in the area for me. None had the staff needed so she then rang Urgent Care and in turn they rang me back with an appointment. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but this staff member went above and beyond to help, when she could have just sent me away. So those five stars go to her, and her alone. Very thankful she was in that day.

I called in as wanted some sort of skin care for my face as was getting dry and sore. The girl on the no7 counter (think she was called stacey), was lovely, she did a scan of my face to tell me exactly what my face needed. She then pointed me to the correct products. She was so lovely, helpful and professional. I was only in a few minutes and was sorted.

Although I don't shop much at boots it a lovely store. Always plenty of stock and staff always helpful. I should visit more often.
