I don’t generally review stores or staff but couldn’t not after the service we received from Philip in the men’s department at Martlesham
Very knowledgeable great stylist came out with a properly fitting suit and shirt for my son complete with shoes and tie. He helped a couple of other men get all the sizing correct making such a difference Make sure you hang on to him he is brilliant.

Great layout, great customer service and experience. We can always find great clothes for the family, especially when it’s for a grand occasion. We even got our wedding outfits here. The home section has plenty to offer and surprisingly, the men’s section is well stocked and I always find myself something I love.
The earrings and accessories is well priced and my daughter loves to spend her pocket money to upgrade her accessories:)

There’s a Costa Coffee upstairs which is a huge bonus and a Waterstones with a great selection of books including children’s books of all reading ability.

Definitely worth having a browse in here :)

What a fabulous store. Excellent range of goods including a cafe. My favourite was the mens section with a huge selection of jumpers and other tops
Pretty good value, well worth a visit. Good parking, can get a bit busy midday.

Was Withers friend and she bought a coat and it looked fabulous on her they got nice stocking and good quality reasonably priced, was a nice afternoon just browsing I'm trying things on. 😊

Great store with plenty of staff and products. Clean toilets and nice cafe. Easy to return stuff too.

Large Next store good for clothes and homeware with parking and a coffee shop. Escalators to first floor

This store was exceptional for what we needed on the day. Went in to get wedding suits. At first had trouble locating the suit I wanted because it wasn't in store,so I had a rethink and the female sales assistant really help us a lot with looking for jackets,trousers from the stock from. It was amazing every jacket fitted us perfectly and apart from one person,which had to have a different size trouser which wasn't in store, Robbie the sales assistant ordered them in,to arrive in store the next day. As I said the service we received was exceptional.

Lots of choice and different colour styles I haven't been in next for a while as expected it to be above my price range but pleasantly surprised.

Great selection of clothing and home goods. The colleague in the Men's clothing section was extremely helpful. Overall great experience.

Really tidy, really nice and great quality of clothes. I purchased a lot of work clothes from there but will warn you that you’re paying for quality. You’re getting what you’re paying for as the clothes actually fit well and are very resilient. It also has a Waterstones in there but I’ve never seen anyone working in that area.

Fantastic service and a great store, Moved house recently and much of my furnishings came from here and the staff have been so helpful even when I changed my mind about something and it was collected with no bother. Refreshing to have polite helpful staff.

I enjoy visiting this store and find all the staff very helpful.

A good range of Home, Garden, Women's clothing, Mens clothing, Kids' clothing, Women's shoes and Lingerie. A Costa at the top so a good place to look around and then visit the café.

Today I visited store to pick up an Internet order. 1 of 2 items was the wrong item. I was helped by Kellie on the ground floor cash tills, Kellie kindly spoke to the on line customer services for me, I can say I'm delighted Kellie made that call for us as it wasn't the easiest one to make. 5 star review to Kellie for amazing customer service, Thank you so much a grateful customer:)

Good amount of stock with a variety of fits at a nice quality and price. Our only problem was, no school wear in store! Reasonable access for wheelchairs and disabled parking is along the front of the store. Several parking bays most of which were empty.

Best laugh I've had in ages...
So,on the off chance we nipped in for a "look"..I say we,..myself and my adult son..he found a grey sweatshirt he liked..so..I said"I'll get it for you"..so he tried on the.,grey sweatshirt....bearing in mind he was wearing all black..
Finding the right size,over his head..

he was covered in white lint!!🥴..
The worker behind the counter didn't have a lint roller.
.just stickers...so we ..stickered him off..
The trip cost me £24..but a free laugh ...was priceless!
