A true convenience heaven

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the One Stop Convenience Store in my neighborhood, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Without hesitation, I award this outstanding establishment a well-deserved 5-star rating!

First and foremost, the name says it all. The One Stop Convenience Store truly lives up to its promise of being a one-stop destination for all your needs. From basic groceries and household essentials to a wide variety of snacks, beverages, and even freshly brewed coffee, this store has it all. No matter what I was searching for, I found it conveniently under one roof, saving me time and effort.

Always helpful and lovely staff. Throughout Covid these people went above and beyond for all customers new and old they even set up a delivery Service (not every local shop would have done this). They have always a great deal on and special offers (who don’t love a bargain 😊) the man helped me out when I needed to return my parcel as I didn’t know what to do as I had to print my label in store . Will definitely use these often

Can’t ask for a better corner shop, always made to feel welcome by the staff, a nice clean shop, has almost everything what I have forgotten from my big store shopping list and so convenient to get to. Keep up the good work guys 😊

Have always found all the staff to be lovely and polite. Always going above and beyond for their customers especially through lockdown! would always recommend this shop. Lovely owners.

Not very helpful staff. Would be easy to use for posting parcels near me but they are so unhelpful and quite short when you try to ask something im going further afield to post my parcels in future. Dont like giving a bad review but this place deserves it.

Never had an issue with the owners always polite, helpful and friendly service. Great for a local shop.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Agree with other reviewer about extremely rude owner! Every time I’ve gone in there I’m greeted with a grunt and couldn’t care less about helping customers. Should not be running a shop if you have no clue about customer service. Will be taking my custom elsewhere 👍

Very rude owner... went there as a driver to do a job but left very disappointed with attitude and education of the owner. Anyways spend your money elsewhere as its not worth it here.

Very bad personel, not polite at all, not helpful.
Answer : I don't know where you get information that I want to pay for bill. I don't know why you make up stories, I want to use another service with you didn't provide not once, multiple time, giving me excuses that you should give. It's really not nice how you treat particular customer. And I know I'm not the only one with that opinion. It's like if you don't want to you give bu****** excuse with sneaky smile and that's it. Congratulations, some people shouldn't run the business.

Shame I could give half a star... Absolutely awful NEVER AGAIN
