Elveden Courtyard Shops & Restaurant

Love the location and plenty of parking. Well set out farm shop which is more like a high end delicatessen . Great produce and loads of locally sourced food . Didn't use the indoor cafe or the garden centre but it looked nice. We took our dog so we used the courtyard cafe which was delightful. Lots of seats and very spacious around the tables so no chance of someone's backside in your face. Special mention to the lovely Ladies who served us. . . such friendly and dedicated people that are the real unsung heroes. Hospitality is such a hard slog so thank you so much. All in all it's a great place to visit and you can take your dog for a walk through the woods too.

Impressive rustic style cafe, with gluten free & veg options. Always great quality & portions. I recommend making a reservation as it seems like many people love it! The gift shop is lovely to check out after dining, many fresh & local food products as well as quality self care & home decor goods. Nice property too with outdoor seating as weather permits. Will return!

Took elderly mother in law here as both my wife and I love it (I don't love shopping 😄) however both ladies had a great time in the Home & Garden section. As usual we eat in the Dog & Scone, it tends to be a bit quieter than the main restaurant. The food is fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful. The food hall has a great range of products.

Went to The Courtyard restaurant for coffee and cake on a Sunday morning but chose to have breakfast instead (it wasn't included on Sunday's menu online). Both food and staff were excellent. I haven't received that level of service anywhere for years. Staff were very attentive and even brought a glass of water without being asked when I was coughing. Even the tap water tasted 5*! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the restaurant to anyone and will be visiting again.

Better than Snape Maltings in my opinion. Not a thing wrong with the food. The rest of the shopping experience was really good. Would love to come again in the summer as the courtyard garden looks lovely too. Well worth a visit.

Came here for Sunday Lunch and the food was delicious. It was a little expensive, which is expected of a Farm Shop Restaurant, but the quality is in the taste of the food that we ate. It is a lovely place and the Staff are all Friendly and helpful. I recommend this place as it is a great place to stop over and take a break.

Some lovely bits to buy in the shop. Great gift ideas ☺ I took my 2 children for an afternoon drink in the cafe. It was very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food and drinks we ordered came quickly and were delicious! I would love to go back and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a great experience!

We come here every year to see the Newfoundland dogs at Christmas, and absolutely love it. Love to see it growing every year and more being added. The farm shop is always excellent and loved the addition of the craft year this year. I will see you again, Elveden!

Excellent place to stop just off the A11, with a well provisioned farm shop and an excellent cafe.

The food was well presented and flavourful, and very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly.

Be warned, the scones are huge!

We had the most divine afternoon tea here whilst on a break at nearby Center parcs and couldn't praise it highly enough!
All the items were freshly made and home baked with local ingredients.
The presentation was beautiful and all for a good price.
But the bit that really made it for us was the lovely staff, all so friendly and helpful, definitely the nicest afternoon tea that we have ever enjoyed, thank you!

Nice shop with load of interesting items, didn’t have the chance to have any food from the cafe but it looked nice, we bought gifts for friends and family from here, good quality.

Great place, nice shops and the food and coffee is great especially the Dog & Scone where you can take your dog.

This place is marvellous. The fresh homemade food is delicious, cooked to a very high standard. Highly recommend for Sunday roast 😋😍🙏

We popped in for lunch on the way to Centre Parks Elveden. The staff were lovely and made us and our fur baby very welcome. Food was well priced with a good variety to choose from. We will be back!

Large car park. Good farm shop, lovely range of products. Sprawling home and garden shop. Breakfast was superb, lovely staff, and great quality food.

Visited the Elveden Estate for the first time, while they had their Christmas event on, so it was really busy. The food hall is simply amazing - lots of local produce! The main reason for visiting was to go for afternoon tea in the restaurant. Unfortunately as you can't pre-book, it is turn up and wait for a free table. Nevertheless, they took our contact details upon arrival and gave us a call when a table was free. So we had a look around the shops while we waited. A table become free quicker than the time they promised - Excellent! The afternoon tea was amazing - a nice choice of sandwiches, scones and cakes. It even came with free tea and coffee refills. The staff were really attentive... Literally as soon as I had finished a cup, they were offering to refill it! Elveden really is a lovely place to visit during the Christmas period!

A nice lunch experience at a table for three. A nice range of food for the lunch menu and reasonably priced for the brand / area.

Oh my goodness, if you want somewhere to get you in the Christmas spirit, do not hesitate to visit here and buy your Christmas tree. There are hundreds to choose from. They are cheaper than garden centres and the Newfoundland dogs that can pull your tree on a cart back to your car are off the chart delightful. And the crazy elves. They are splendid and bonkers and totally fantastic. They play lots of songs all day long and you’ll be laughing along with them. The shops.. wow! They are emporiums of wonder. From preserves to chutneys and biscuits and cakes. Cheeses and pate and Elvedon game too. There’s Christmas decorations, gardening bits. Well... let me tell you, you’ll come back with a car full of goodies.

We celebrated my mum's 80th birthday and the staff were super. They were so helpful and lovely and made mum feel a million dollars. Thanks so much. Please the food was yummy.
