Very good shop. Always have all our animal food awailable, and we have rabbits, fish, cat, dog, chickens. Staff is helpful. Pick up orders always correct, no issues. Promotions are always welcomed bonus.

They is so many choice of food toys and everything for our little ones. Went there for the 4th birthday of my dog and even that you can find a few birthday products. Amazing store

I went in today to buy some bits for setting up a new fish tank. It's not my first fish tank but I was buying live plants, which I've never done before. The gentleman who helped me (didn't catch his name but he had tattoos on his face) was absolutely lovely and didn't talk down or mansplain. He just gave me a boost and answered my questions! Thank you for the help!

My weekly shop! First class customer service, staff always friendly and willing to help & advise., in my local store, in Norfolk. Many pets@home toys scattered around my home! The frying pan with all the attachments loved by my cat & dog. Thank you.

Always very helpful. I take my child here to get our dogs food but she can also look at the rabbits, guinea pigs and fish etc. Very polite staff

Went in thetford store 3 times over last 2 weeks one to buy a harness and another to pick an order up
I was served by jack on shop floor and at the till and just had to praise him for his help knowledge and nothing was to much trouble credit where it’s due jack

Brilliant staff, always friendly and helpful. Very happy that they always have fresh water for dogs and you can come inside with your dog, pets friendly. Also have an app where you can get discount on various types of items or animal food

A very nicely laid out pet store. It's organized, clean, and has a good selection. They haven't hD everything I've needed. For example, a shoulder brace for me pup when she hurt her shoulder and a heating pad. However, they do have a large selection. The staff is super friendly and readily answered questions when asked. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing service! We love taking our puppy there. Staff are super helpful and friendly- especially Kevin. Lots of choice and selection of stock. Good sales deals and the VIPP app is a great idea.
