First of all it was easy to park.
Walked in and immediately my mood lifted. It’s bright and has a cheerful atmosphere. Other customers seemed happy and there was conversation going on between them and staff. Saw 3 staff at the checkouts who were dealing with customers. Waited only about 20 or 30 seconds before I could be dealt with. Very attentive staff took me to the aisle to look for what I wanted. Found one item . The other item was quite specialist and i didn’t really need it anyway and they didn’t have in stock ( mind you neither did the big chain hardware store opposite! And in there I had to look for it myself to no avail!).
Lovely store! My wife even came out smiling as she’d been browsing around and declared “ they’ve got vacuum flasks and torches”.
Will definitely be back. Not often you find a store that lifts your spirits by just walking in.
Finally it’s not too big either. The other giant hardware stores I find just too big!

It is good to see such a store with such a marvelous selection of DIY items located near to a chain DIY store.
I am sure that the reason why it survives is because the staff are helpful and obliging and the store is packed with an incredible variety of products.
I always enjoy shopping there. Long may it continue

Great place to get things for the home and garden. Usually cheaper than B&Q, knowledgable and helpful staff. Have some of the more bespoke things that the bigger DIY stores don't have.

Very useful shop,varied stock,at competitive prices,&very helpful staff. Had stock of perspex when other suppliers hadn't!(all ways try to support local businesses,or they could disappear & all you will be left with is the internet,an yer can't get the items you want in 20/ 30 minutes!)

My (somewhat older) parents order and collect their gas bottles from here and the staff are always very helpful and respectful. Grateful they have this local store to help them out.

They are always helpful and pleasant. I prefer to shop in smaller places. I find the service on the whole is better.

Better selection of bits than bnq, and lovely helpful staff - I have stopped going to other diy stores now as I just end up here afterwards anyway!

Skip the DIY over the road. This place is very knowledgeable. Not like the Air-heads at you know where......

Ordered several items by phone just before closing on Thursday. Staff very helpful and polite. All items were delivered first thing on Friday morning. Brilliant service.

Needed a number of paint and decorating items and got delivery as promised.I usually visit store where the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful.Prices are often comparable with the big DIY stores but service is amazing.Support a great local business and also put the fun back into shopping.

Our first port of call for DIY goods in Malvern. A very good range of products, often cheaper and usually better quality than the big chain store opposite. Best of all, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
