B&Q Malvern

I attended Malvern B&Q with my Mum to have paint mixed to match an old F&B colour. We were served by a lady with short hair, clear framed glasses who wore a sunflower lanyard and I wanted to say how fantastic she was. We had trouble in finding the colour due to issues with the code and she was so helpful and patient. She welcomed us with a friendly, happy service and came to find us when the paint was ready. Her communication was excellent and really made our experience. She deserves recognition for going the extra mile & excellent customer service.

Popped in yesterday for some paint. All the staff were very helpful, especially the woman who mixed the paint for me (believe her name was Alison). She was super, fantastic customer service, thank you for your help!

Friendly helpful store - small so less stock but everything can be ordered in. Easy parking!

Smaller format B&Q store but just right for the town of Malvern. Friendly, local staff who give advice when needed and all the products you need for home and garden. Decent gardening section.

Got some raised beds and liners. Staff unsure were products have been moved to and self service payment is difficult, especially when trying to manoeuvre the loaded flatbed trollies in a narrow restricted area where old people are reluctant to move. Got everything we wanted and left happy.

Not the largest of B&Q stores but big enough to have most things. Good car parking with easy access. Wheelchair friendly. Friendly and helpful staff.

Garden centre was very reasonable in prices, the only thing I did not like when we were outside this shop assistant shouted to my friend don't vape out here !! in a very rude manner, I can't believe her attitude, why not put notices up to say please don't use vapes, but when at the tills the staff were nice kind and helpful,

A good store, there's plenty of parking. I only went in to get one thing but they had the wall plugs and screws I needed, so no complaints here.

Bought my new shower room from this store. Kim and Jo were very helpful and always cheerful! When my plumber hit a problem with the shower screen, Kim went out of her way to ensure it was sorted. Would really recommend this store

Well organised: good social distancing during these times and restricted numbers allowed in at one time which made things easier. Very helpful staff, gave some great advice re painting my windows. Very happy.

my local so am bias but great store that's so well laid out I know it off by heart so well in fact I was asked by customers to help find things, Sue on the tills is lovely always has a smile and knows where everything is , she's brilliant and go wander about to the back and right as they have a outdoor space with lots of plants

Trying to work out what to buy my father for his 92nd birthday & knowing he absolutely loves gardening , a close friend suggested B&Q Malvern & straight into the garden section with a good variety of different plants to choose from. Purchased 3 plants & spent GBP 53.00
Friendly helpful staff at check-out, plenty of spacious parking outside with large trolleys for heavy items.
Need I say when returning home in Upton my parents were both pleased.

I went to B&Q due to their advertised bathroom design and installation service.
I met with the designer at a pre arranged time. The designer was very helpfull and professional and following the meeting, issued the design and cost information promptly.
Great service - recommended.

Excellent service in the Kitchen department, left very happy I had all the information I needed.

Good car park easy access ,had to exchange products twice no problem ,could have done with better advice on shower products .

Very useful little B&Q forgot it was there actually. It is like stepping back in time though! Still had very good stock of paint, including the color I wanted!

Well pleased with B&Q shelves well stocked good service and most importantly all COVID RULES in place, masks must be worn,hand steriliser and trolley wipes in place excellent.

Handy store, which stocks items for tradesmen as well as diy. Good content of stock, good, helpful staff. A Godsend, really. Well done B & Q.
