Marks and Spencer

They are always so welcoming and friendly at the cafe, and very patient with me when I had a special request. This is my favourite cafe to eat at and my partner and I are there almost every Sunday for breakfast. I can’t rate them highly enough!

I love Mark's and Spencer. Good quality items throughout the store in every department.

Visited the cafe: had a lovely cup of coffee and a great sausage roll.

I visited your Malvern store on Sunday morning with my elderly mother who also suffers from dementia, we had a very nice lady who was very helpful with my mother, as she needed a bra fitting, unfortunately I did not get the lady’s name, but she couldn’t have been any more helpful if she tried. Brilliant service, lovely lady, thank you for making this shopping trip a lot easier than I thought it would me.

I went to Marks and Spencer roman Rd malvern today for bra fitting lovely lady called Sharon (H) made me fell lovely she new what I needed and new her job explained why I need size I need show me were in shop to get them from (I bought 3)and were to go on website for colours staff at till was just as nice. Will go again

It’s no Cheltenham or Worcester store however for the purpose of food shopping it’s made our Christmas containing food like fresh duck or proper pork pies which other stores like Waitrose has failed this year. Big thumps up for festive shopping food at I thought reasonable prices for quality.

Great shop can get everything you need . food, clothing, house old. And great Xmas gifts and gifts all year round. And very good for short sizes in jeans or trouser for short peoples and great for tall people. Can't get trousers size any were else. So m&s are life saver. Must see

Needed trousers for my Mum, none in stock so ordered a pair in store. Assistant very helpful and polite, easy to talk to and explained the delivery etc.
Recommend...yes. as I was visitor to the area, I was impressed. X

This is a popular store with lovely staff, who help to make shopping very pleasant. M and S are still a top class store and their food and Men's department are first class. Can't comment on ladies' clothes!

You cannot beat the quality of a bit of M&S food but the dates are never any good. Make sure you dig right at the back for the best BBE. That's my top tip for the day ;-)

Great place and always friendly place.

I could buy carrots, potatoes, tomatoes and bananas loose, which meant that I could avoid plastic packaging. The M&S wheat free bread is the only bread on the market that I consider tasty, let alone edible.

Pleasant store, good core selection of M&S goods, from lingerie, clothing and food hall. Obviously limited by size of store but good for quick visit. Nice cafe too.

It's m&s! Means good quality British clothes and accessories for ladies, men and children plus a great food hall. Staff always helpful.

Large shop that covers most your needs, cafe, food shopping, as well as good quality clothing , and shoes, the staff are very friendly and with 2 floors everything is spaced nicely and displays are updated frequently, shop is clean and everything is easy access

I love going into.M&'S have done so since I was young in different places.....and I love Malvern branch....always friendly helpful.staff.not averse to a bit of small.talk.whilst being served efficiently...bit like a large corner shop.

All staff are extremely helpful and go the extra mile to assist customers. They are very smartly dressed & cheerful.

Very organised with social distancing. Only waited 5 mins f or food hall entry. Also entry to clothes shop spaced out.

I purchased all the items I needed and presents for my husband and got 20% discount. Well done M&S.
