Fantastic service today by Sam. She took the time to go through everything multiple times to make sure we were happy. We made sure the pram and car seat fitted into our car and had a further demonstration.
Would recommend any first time parents to book an appointment and see Sam! You will not be disappointed and will come away with the knowledge of what you need rather what you think you need.

Spent £1795 on a push chair which was chucked onto our trolley by the lady staff member.. then a week later we received a phone call stating someone else’s order was in one of our boxes (we hadn’t opened and found it yet due to being stored until needing it) requested they needed us to bring it back because the customer wanted it.. we explained it was an hour trip to bring it back and being a mistake made by the staff not us we wouldn’t bring it back but happy for someone to collect the order.

Someone collected but not so much as a sorry for the inconvenience or sorry for putting someone else’s order in your box

Made to feel like was our fault, rude
Ignorant staff.

Poor experience. Staff lacks experience and knowledge of their own process
