Just moved over to 3 network, up to now no issues, kept my existing number which was transferred straight after bank holiday. The phone and price plan I eventually chose met my needs and was fantastic regards price. The sales team were knowledgeable and were not pushy. I get regular 5g connectivity and the service is great compared to the leading network I was on. I know people have their issues with any network but at present my experience has been great with 3.

The guy who looked after us was fantastic. We are in our late70s not very technical but he treated us very respectfully and sorted us quick . Good to have such good service . Wish we had took his name

I got a fantastic deal on unlimited data, calls and texts. I was served by Richard who gave me great friendly advice and service. There was no hurry to sell me products or pushing of products that I didn't want, just good honest service to suit me. Very helpful and answered all my questions. Well done to all the 3 staff. Never had any issues always there when I need them.

Fantastic service from Matt and Lyndsey at Three store in a Crystal Peaks. They were so helpful and friendly and they persevered until my issue was resolved. I was able to get a great deal too, bonus! 5 stars from me.

Thank you so much to Richard and Pedro. I attended the shop with our Ukrainian guests. They stayed open past their closing time to help us with the free 3 SIM cards. They knew exactly what they were doing with the process and were so kind and sensitive. We are very grateful!

So lovely to get some great customer service here this morning. I haven’t always had the best experience with phone contracts but Amy helped make it straightforward and simple, so happy with my new contract.

On visiting the three shop on Wednesday 16th of March, was greeted by 2 friendly staff . Lindley and Pedro, and what a morning it turned into both you guys sorted everything I threw you, professionally and in a friendly manner aswell. During my stay I was made a cup of coffee and it was 2 hours of laughter and chaos at same time..just can't praise Lindley and Pedro enough brilliant service, friendly atmosphere and absolutely top class in their profession. Staff were great, I took my elderly mother to swap her sim card and the chap that dealt with us was so helpful and patient with mum as she is very hard of hearing, he took the time to explain everything to her so she understood , thankyou

Asked for advice on increasing storage on phone.
Helped by MATT. Explained that my phone capacity can't be increased due to age. Advised re a new phone within my budget and to meet my requirements/ usage. Transfered my data from old to new phone efficiently and answered my many questions and enquieries with knowledge, patience and a lovely, friendly and professional manner.
I was very happy with my experience in store today, and would not hesitate to recommend MATT and 3 to anyone needing help and advice with their mobile phone needs.

I spoke to connor, which I found he was very
helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. He worked around my usage and funds. I had a Samsung s8 and he was not at all forceful for me to get a better model he found out what I used my phone for and pointed me in the direction of a A40 which does exactly the same for half the price. Before I was paying £45pm now I'm paying £31pm with phone insurance. Happy days 😁
