Caffè Nero

Enjoyed a relaxed afternoon here. Good for working or having a cup of tea. The hot chocolate with soya and cappuccino with oat I ordered were served in high quality. The barista was really friendly and professional. Very comfortable spaces and areas. A little bit noisy when it get busy.

Good coffee here. Good choice of panninis, toasties, sandwiches and cakes too. Generally not too busy.

One of the better branches to visit, although most are good. Staff here are very friendly, and certainly very helpful and go out of their way to help you.

I semi-frequent this particular Nero anytime in the area. Staff are always friendly & welcoming and know how to make a life changing coffee (yes that's a thing!).

I was served by Josh this morning,I hadn't been in for a while (maybe 3 months?!) And he just lights up the place! What a personality and what customer service. I went to pay and he had remembered what pastry I'd ordered months ago and asked if I'd like one again I was flabbergasted, haha. Lovely store,all staff are friendly as anything. I forgot to leave a review a couple of months ago,so thank you Josh for brightening my morning!

If making two drinks and one is quick & simple whilst the other is not, please make the complicated one first to avoid the other going cold!

Stopped off here for a quick coffee during Christmas shopping. We were served promptly and our Christmas latte's were made to a good standard. The place itself is clean, well lit and has plenty of seating with a variety of seats, armchairs and sofas to settle down in for a de-stress.

A lovely place in all respects. Particular thanks to Dan this morning for being so nice when I had fallen flat on my face in the muddy field opposite! (No injuries except embarrassment for being covered in mud thank goodness, and so nice to go to this nice warm haven for a hot drink before driving home).

Ate the best sausage roll ever (pork and panceta sausage roll) a bit pricey for the quantity but the best one for any that i had so far. Not a big fan of cafe nero but after today's experience i will definitely begin to be.

I used to be a costa man but thanks to the staff here i am now converted to a Nero man. The staff are always happy, welcoming, kind and nothing is too much trouble for them. The range of drinks they have make them a great rival to costa. Nero also win the best flavour drinks in my opinion. Their hot chocolate is out of this world compared to costs.
Whenever I go for a coffee it's always here and the staff feel more like family than people making the drinks.

Staff were all lovely, helpful & friendly instead of a sort ofrushed polite if that makes sense!
Food was as it always is tasty & fresh!
