The Caffe Nero in Great Malvern, Worcestershire is an enjoyable place to visit for a drink and something to eat.
This is a friendly cafe with a pleasant atmosphere.

Great staff and consistent decent coffee!

Friendly efficient, genuinely first rate staff. Best coffee in town, delicious pastries. Well behaved dogs allowed. No complaints.

They even made a fresh batch of my favourite patries, when they had sold out earlier in the day.

Called into Caffe Nero on a few occasions during April/22 while in Malvern from Australia.
The service was excellent & friendly team, plenty of seating & I must say most likely the warmest place in Malvern during my visit.
A good selection of snacks & drinks & prices very reasonable.

Good atmosphere, clean and tidy, reasonably priced and they allow dogs in.
We ordered two hot chocolates and they to a bit of time to come so we were given a free drink card next time we visit. Great customer service!

Went with the old man and the kiddo, only had 3 staff working there but they were doing a brilliant job serving the customers whilst keeping the ta less as clear as possible. Nice way to finish a walk around the malverns

Well positioned and therefore very convenient. You know what you're getting with a chain like Caffè Nero, it won't be a memorably unique experience but it won't be mud in a cup

A cafe owned by the Roman Emporer, Nero. The cafe itself maintains many of the Roman traditions and feeds a few Christians to the lions every Wednesday. On Tuesdays they do a bit of chariot racing and once a month they try and conquer the whole of Europe.

I went to cafe Nero after a walk, the store looks very cosy and the Barista was very welcome with a big smile. She prepared a lovely fw with a big heart.Outstanding costumer service.

Had a Caramel Frappe & it was gorgeous. Lovely place, spacious & dog friendly but a little expensive but whats expensive for one is not always for another!!!!

It is much the same as any other Nero - drinks, food and comfortable seats!
