Lucky I googled there is Vodafone shop in town. Sean is helpful and very friendly guy. He is very efficient and a technical person. Deserve appraisal definitely would recommend friends.

We hadn’t realised Vodafone even had a branch in Thetford until today. But what a find ! Although the shop is small, manned only by Sean, there were NO queues. He dealt with our queries efficiently and professionally and we came away with a better contract than our current one which was coming to an end. It’s a shame we couldn’t give six stars ! He certainly deserves a pay rise !!

I visited the store today for the first time with a somewhat complicated problem moving my mobile to a Vodafone account. Sean spent sometime resolving my problem in a very methodical , professional and calm manner. He was very helpful throughout the session and knew who to contact to help resolve my problem. A job very well done and appreciated. I would recommend the store to all. 10 out of 10 deserved.

Extremely good customer service received today by store manager Sam. My elderly father bought a contact phone and Sam went above and beyond to help him,nothing was to much bother for Sam and he had patience with Dad as he is very hard of hearing and partially sighted.
