Lovely ,kind and professional staff . Vincent was awesome .He quickly fixed my daughter's bike .One of the wheels was loosing air due to a bad assembly. I literally took it to just get an opinion and more or less than 5 minutes it was done . Thank you Vincent !

I just visited Halfords in Dereham looking for a compressor that would work on both my car and campervan tyres. I was helped by Adam who found me the perfect item. Adam then asked if I’d like to join the Halfords club and I got a £5 discount plus a vehicle check. Adam used the compressor I’d just bought to show me how to check my tyres and I’ve since come home & done my van tyres too. Adam was so helpful and polite and his customer service was first class. Only giving 5 stars because there aren’t six 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thanks Adam!!

Prices - provided you utilise voucher codes, car club, etc. - are reasonably competitive. Most products are fine... pays ya money!

Very pleased with the item I went in for and with the service.
I was never kept waiting. When I offered to let the customer approaching the checkout at the same time go ahead of me another staff member stepped in straightaway.

Turned up, tried to get bulb out of front light, went inside to get help. Nick had observed what i was doing, checked reg for correct bulb, had it ready, i paid and he fitted. Must have been there all of 3 minutes in total and Nick was a friendly guy, modest about his service. Thank you for your great help Nick 😄

And ladies! Although this store is predominantly a male environment these guys are a rare find!! Not once did they suck air through their teeth while vigorously shaking their heads!! WINNING?🥇

I’ve been the unfortunate owner of a car stereo which had a unique ongoing ‘intermittently temperamental function’. It was clearly made on a Friday afternoon but has quite frankly been a pain in the posterior from the onset! And of course, it waited until the last day of its manufacturers warranty expired before it played its last song and terminal silence fell over my vehicle!! NO TUNES like ANYMORE!! 😩

2024 has already been a challenge and getting this problem resolved felt like it was going to be another uphill struggle to add to my already very long list!
But actually NO!! 🤩🥳 What a refreshing experience this has been!!

(Particularly) Ollie and David have been superb and really did go the extra mile to get this problem sorted. They’ve truly been fantastic, I am so grateful! 🙏🏻 I rarely leave reviews BUT on this occasion I’m breaking protocol. I feel credit should be given where credit is due!

My only negative point is directed at HQ! I get it, I really do but more often than not your consumer doesn’t want to deal with a call centre a million miles away or chat to online agents. In most cases the old ways are the best. Please Halfords bring back the old fashioned way and make individual store contact details easily accessible? You’re letting these guys down and you’re really lucky to have them!!

Oooh, and just one more thing…..please give Ollie and David a pay rise…..they really do deserve it!! 😃🙏🏻

Barrie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bike I was buying, also very friendly ,only downside, to much upselling which I'm not keen on but seems to be everywhere now, I wish businesses would just be happy that I'm buying from them without trying to sell me stuff I don't need.
But overall a positive experience.

Fantastic customer service today from Barrie. Had been let down last minute by another retailer. Halfords had a bike for us which was collectable in an hour and when we got there Barrie was able to build it for us too. Thank you so much for saving the day!

Had wiper blades fitted in December and front driving bulbs fitted in January and rear number plate bulbs fitted today.So helpful and friendly staff members as always.

It was the first time I used this store for fitting as I always used Norwich's store. What an amazing team here. Halfords are so professional to deal with , I took my sons bike in due to his chain being rusty and the silver yearly service was not due for another six months, so the kind gentleman at the service counter gave his bike a bronze service and sorted the problem out for free for him, I can not say how much my son appreciates this kindness as it is his only mode of transport and he uses it every day. A big thankyou and recommendation to the ladies and gents that work at Halfords you are truly great thankyou so much!!

So pleased with my experience today! Brilliant that they open at 8am so I could squeeze in a visit before work. I needed a new inner tube for my bike's rear wheel and I had it fitted quickly there and then, with lots of tips offered. I'm a bicycle novice and have been made to feel like an idiot in other bike shops, so I was so happy to come out feeling confident :-)
