Kwik Fit Plus - Dereham

Great prompt and efficient service. But what impressed me the most was whilst I was handing over my keys an elderly gentleman came in, the service manager couldn’t find the gentleman’s details on the system, turns out the elderly man was a day late for his appointment. The elderly man was confused “ sit down says the service manager don’t worry we will sort it out and I’ll make you a cup of tea whilst you wait” understand compassion and excellent customer service goes a long way. Nice and quick, people very friendly. We were also given a time to come back and collect the car and it was ready as they said it would be.

1st day back after Xmas break and I had my car in for work. Watched the manager on the phone at the PC, call after call after call, none stop from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. He was exemplary.

I came expecting to book an appointment for maybe a weeks time. Instead I was dealt with immediately. Tyres changed and A/C charged in an hour, and I was dealt with politely and professionally.

I went in to have one front tyre replaced and having checked the other front one it was also replaced as the tracking was out of alignment and corrected very professionally.

Giving them 5* as the good members of staff (Ask for Zak if you can) were really helpful and went the extra mile. No sense of being ripped off, and even advised what was essential and what would pass an MOT. Previously I’ve avoided Kwikfit Dereham as some of the staff can be ‘tools’ (pardon the pun), but luckily it seems most of them have gone. Would list who I’d personally avoid, but I’m not sure which ones are still there and besides, maybe the message will get back to them and they’ll be more like Zak. Nice centre, well stocked, good vibes. Avoid peek times!!!

I got four new tyres, I’ve never experienced such joy

Closed at 6, came in at 5:30pm whilst other customers were waiting after getting a puncture and having to put my spare on - squeezed me in for two new tyres after initially not having time spare. Gave me the time so that the following morning I could still make work!

Brilliant job on my exhaust by Tim. They had one on the shelf even though my vehicle is an old one. It was done with an hour. I am very pleased. The price was reasonable too

I was seen very promptly by friendly staff who quickly helped me with my flat tyre.
I would thoroughly recommend Kwik Fit.

Brilliant service, went out of their way to help me. Stayed after 5pm on a Saturday night to make sure my car was fit for the rest of my holiday. Honestly lovely bunch of lads. Credit to Kwik Fit and I hope their hard work is being recognised. Whilst waiting in reception they went out of their way numerous times to help customers.

I received a professional service from the receptionist and mechanic, with detailed information.

Car assessed one day and two days later parts and fitting was organised.

Tyre price was not far away from competitors. Tyres in stock and slot was available at the time that suited me

My Juke is a lemon - it’s caused the technicians at Kwik Fit Plus, Dereham, all kinds of problems this year, but they’re always friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They alerted me to a possible gearbox issue, which enabled me to have the problem sorted before it could cause serious (and very expensive!) damage. They’re all brilliant, and I wouldn’t have my servicing and MOT done anywhere else.
