On Saturday 17th February late afternoon we were helped by a lady with long blond hair, on the curtain depart. She was one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly shop assistants we have ever come across. What a great asset to Dunelm she is.

Visited Dunelm for a quick cup of tea. Café located on 1st floor offering hot & cold snacks, meals & beverages, although service a little on slow side. Large furniture items located on 1st floor with all sorts of homeware items, bedding, curtains, bath & shower accessories located on ground floor. Free parking available near store. Store is located in Friary Retail Park, 1 Exeter Street, Plymouth & is amongst other businesses.

Great store can find nearly everything you need at very reasonable prices .Staff friendly snd helpful.Only criticism is the cafe closes at 5pm but the store is open till 8pm and I was dying for a coffee might be good idea to have some days when it opens a bit later.

Got some lovely things here and at a good price. Nowhere else to get the huge range of quality pillows. Loving the nutcracker runner and bedding for Christmas too. Also a decent coffee shop although that's a bit expensive

If there's anything 'literally anything' you need for the home, this place is amazing. Bit like the 'Tardis', much bigger on the inside than outside. Located on 2 floors (lift available), cafe for when you need a break on the second floor. Not much on electrical appliances, however has a great selection of everything else. One of those places you'll revisit or a go to place for things you need.

Really is a great place for shopping for the home. They have every thing in store and there is a upper level. Very big place. And a cafe upstairs. I would recommend this place. I was very impressed with it and the staff are very helpfull.

Excellent and affordable place for purchasing home decorations and pretty much anything to use in the home, like in the kitchen, bedding, heated sheets, etc.

Really good selection of quality homeware and well priced.
Great coffee in the cafe, there's a basic food selection but all very good.
They have a great cake selection too.
Service can be slow when it's busy but the coffee makes it worth the wait.

It's a great shop with lot's of great products.. you can shop on a budget or buy more expensive and luxurious things. There is always a great range to choose from. Cafe is a bonus with a tasty coffees and nice cakes. There is a fanatic sale going on atm. One of my favourite shops!

Lots of great bedding and household goods. However, I have to expose the evil activities of floral flowerpot manufacturers. What looks like a cute trio of baby rabbits, is really a collection of decapitated bunnies. The depravity. TeHe

The wife and I love shopping here, excellent choice of soft furnishings, sells lots of stuff for all rooms of the house. Staff are friendly and helpful, Disabled friendly. Toilets and coffee shop also.
