Amazing service from the moment we arrived. My self and my family were made to feel comfortable the moment we arrive. The landlord was very kind and our stay was extremely pleasant. Rooms were very clean and cozy. Pub downstairs very friendly environment. I really enjoyed my stay for the night.

A tad late leaving this review but we stayed here Friday 7th June as visiting friends in the area and what a gem of a place!! From the moment we arrived we was blown away! The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious and service was top notch! Lovely welcoming hosts and the locals were all very friendly and we could immediately tell the owners put alot of effort in to make the business a great place to visit. I was even persuaded to participate in singing on the karaoke! Please apologise to your regulars on my rubbish attempt of George Ezra!! 😂. Once again...thank you so much for a lovely stay and a great weekend and will be seeing you soon👍

The Crown hotel is a fantastic place to be, the staff are all friendly, Friday night karaoke is a fantastic night.
The Crown is very clean and opened spaced, plenty of bar stools, plenty of seating area in the beer garden.
The Crowns prices are definitely one of the cheapest you'll get around Southwell and to just add on loyal to locals scheme is also being enjoyed :)

Went here Friday night for a drink with a friend from work.
Really friendly and professional bar staff makes you feel really at home and welcome.
Brilliant atmosphere with a really relaxed vibe and even got a karaoke session, which is genuinely great fun and just enhances the overall ambience.
Definitely recommend and will certainly be back.

I recently found a great venue run by an amazing team who’s attention to detail is always on point. The team is led by Hayley and James with a top class front line crewe, Ewan is first class always there with a big smile and there for your every need and an ear to help put the world to right. Ewan has his team mate Jake who again is top notch making it a venue well worth a visit to enjoy top quality food and drink !!! 5 star !!

Visited the pub many times, always a good atmosphere. Stayed overnight at New Year and the room was lovely, clean and spacious with comfortable hotel standard bed and bedding. James and Hayley are fantastic friendly hosts whether you’re just popping in for a drink or staying over. Would definitely recommend

We stayed over at the Crown in Southwell for one night, brilliant location, great service very polite staff member checked us in. nice room Easy check out procedure, fyi 24 hour parking is provided behind the sarecens head which is literally across the road 👍

Super warm & friendly welcome from the host, soft warm bedding, a large fridge, good atmosphere in the bar, next door to Southwell minster, which is ideal for walking the dog

Great range of drinks and friendly staff. Haley and dec, are two of my favioutes. Friendly atmosphere, always made to feel welcome.
