Best place in Hertford for live sport, have a large number of pool tables, snooker and dart boards. Atmosphere is always great, staff are some of the friendliest staff I’ve come across from the owners to the glass collectors.
Never a boring night at Shades, highly recommend.

Great manager running the club, friendly and put on some good dance music. Tables in not too bad condition too

Great place to go for a drink and a game of pool. Tuesday and Wednesday nights are always good as the games are cheaper. Friendly staff too!

What a place, on a stag do with friends in Hertford and was told to try this place out. Was great, cheap pool, great beer at a reasonable price and had the football on. Locals were friendly and staff were extremely welcoming.
Definitely coming back with the boys

Town in England

Hertford is the county town of Hertfordshire, England, and is also a civil parish in the East Hertfordshire district of the county. The parish had a population of 26,783 at the 2011 census.
