The Range, Sunderland

Well impressed, the place is huge and well laid out. The aisles aren't cluttered like the Washington branch which is valuable as a wheelchair user.

Good selection of craft supplies, homewares and garden supplies. Also has a selection of freezers with Iceland frozen food

After ordering the Molly Dining Table and Chairs online. I just wanted to provide feedback on the Customer Service received from The Range. A special thanks to Theresa who after a delay in the delivery from the courier, kept me informed and ensured me that they would resolve any further issues if further delay. The dining set looks fab in our room and wouldn't hesitate to order online again.

Some product lines seems to have been reduced in order to accommodate Iceland

Great collection of Christmas decorations, nice staff , clean and tidy shop. One big problem is the amount of tills not open while the customer is waiting 15+ deep.

Big shout out to mike in the range sunderland for helping me find a magnificent dog bed. I even picked up some new colouring pencils for my new colouring book what a afternoon.

This place sells pretty much anything. Never in my life did I ever expect to find a shop selling an inflatable santa being violated by a dog. This will look awesome on my front garden!

Great shop got exactly what we went for.

Wanted an air dryer for clothes. Price was cheapest I found. Also has fixed attachments to place clothes hangers ideal for shirts or jeans

Good store, was clean and found everything I wanted

Today I went the Sunderland store after being to the Dalton Park store, as I wanted a outdoor storage unit which the Dalton Store one didn't have. I have to say the manager and member of staff where very helpful at Dalton Park store and went to trouble to find out which stores had the unit I was after ...Credit to a girl called Ashley @Sunderland store as she went of her way to look for the outdoor storage I was after as the 1st one she brought out was the wrong colour. She took me straight to customer service deck to be served by a different assistant who at the time was busy with another customer. Ashley jump on a till to get the queue down, then notice I was still waiting to be served so came back over and took me to her till for me to purchase the unit.... She also took the unit to our car and give a helping hand to get the unit into the boot (tight squeeze but we managed). I would like to say a huge thank you and totally appreciate your help....... That's what you call good customer services....... Well done Ashley...

Lots of beautiful items for full hiuse even toys crafts etc plus a few isles with frozen foods in(iceland)

Very pleasant surprise of how the store has been managed. It is full with so interesting and decent quality stuff. I have went for an ant killer to pick - 10 min job have turned up 1,5 hourly shopping tour. Coming back with the wife to buy some more stuff for the garden and home. Impressed again.

Good variety of plants at good prices

My visit to The Range today was really nice had a good browse around the store and got some great ideas for the festive season.
I didn't know there was a cafe in there so I decided to give it a go the salted caramel muffin was lovely and the tea was just how I like it. The staff in the cafe were really nice very attentive and kept the place immaculately clean. All in all a good morning at The Range and I will be returning soon.

Had what I needed at a decent price

Great cup of hot chocolate n lovely ginger muffin. The staff are brilliant n very helpful. Competitive prices on a wide range of products too.

The Christmas collection is so good, loved the shop. Everything is so much arranged. Staffs are so helpful, specially Ryan helped me to find a perfect lamp what I was looking for. Hope to visit the shop soon again.
