Always excellent service from the staff at this pets hospital. Jethro had his booster today and the vet was so lovely to him . Thank you Feargal for the care and attention you gave Jethro and making him feel safe .

Easy to find, plenty of parking for those driving, the hospital and it's staff are excellent in all that they do.

The staff are lovely, so caring for both the patients and the owners. Friendly and reassuring, they give 100% in all that they do.
From initial assessment all the way through from treatment, operation and release, we were kept informed.
Costs, even in full, are a lot cheaper than our local vets by some way and we were more than happy to pay.

Keep waiting room in pristine condition and were quick to clean and disinfect when there was a mishap.

All staff were caring and compassionate, given the circumstances in which we brought our lovely dog to them. We brought him in to be euthanized. He was a much loved old man (14 years) and had rapidly declined over the previous couple of days. They let us go straight into the consultation room with him without having to wait in the waiting room. This allowed us the privacy we needed at a much needed time. Everything was explained fully, and with empathy. In short, all the staff were marvellous.

An absolutely invaluable organisation. When you see what they do, and for so little money, you are humbled. They are thorough and accessible. Unlike private companies, you feel you are in safe hands and they won't rip you off. I wish I was a millionaire, I would donate so much to these angels that work there. They have helped my dog on a number of occasions from their emergency out of hours service, thank the lord they were there. I was so distressed and desperate, and they shone like a light house on every occasion. What would I have done without them?? I would have no idea. Thank God for the PDSA, truly.

First time ever having to use the pdsa and all I can say is if I could give more stars and donate more money I would do, from the phone call to the treatment for my dog everything spot on, was told to come straight in and we was seen within minutes by the vet nurse and vet, the vet was straight to the point and gave me clear diagnosis and tablets for my boy. Amazing charity and staff. Thank you for helping us in a time of need

These people are angels. From the time of checking in til leaving my time there with dusty was very positive. The level of care is 5* everything was thorough and everything checked. Dusty was diagnosed and I was trained up on how to treat his condition. Remarkable team thank you so much for everything you do

My cat and dog were both spade within weeks of one another and I couldn’t thank the vets and all the staff enough for looking after them. I would highly recommend. Although I don’t think the animals were impressed with their cones. 😄

My old man cat had gotten himself very stressed after moving house and developed a UTI that quite frankly, scared the heck out of my whole household. This condition in male cats can be sometimes fatal!

The PDSA were understanding, gentle and completely helpful with his treatment and consultation. He's now fully recovered and back to his late night zoomies, just how we like it 🥰

Please donate when you can to this wonderful charity, I don't know what I would have done without them.

Lovely experience today with Dr Henry great vet very caring and loving towards my dog gave him a full health check and offered vaccinations, renewed my dogs prescription and checked his arthritis all in one appointment. Was impressed at how thorough he was. He even gave cuddles to Henry my dog to say thank you which I thought was a lovely touch.
