Trusted PC Man

After having problems with a self built PC, I approached Trusted to help solve what was wrong. The team were incredibly helpful and managed to support with specs in line with my requests, as well as advising what would be best overall with their knowledge and expertise. Trusted resolved the issue, which just so happened to be extremely uncommon! Thank you to everyone involved in helping fix my build, especially Mike who provided constant comms and updates throughout. Shout out to Ruby the office dog! 🐕 and a massive thanks again Mike/all ☺

I have had support for my business from Trusted PC Man for a couple of years now which has always been absolutely brilliant. Dan has just custom built a PC for me. He was super helpful throughout the process and turned it around really quickly. I thoroughly recommend these guys for any PC help!

The Trusted PC Man, based in Grayshott, is a new experience.
I feel so lucky to have their help for the last couple of months. They are now suggesting, that it would be rather good to purchase new PCs etc. I knew that I needed to up grade, but the Trusted PC Man did not, for a second, force me to up grade.
I have now been offered to choose from several computers but I have asked him to make the choices.
Both he and his Trusted colleague in the office know much more than I do.

Dan built me a bespoke totally silent PC, in just a few days, transferred all my data over, installed & answered all my questions. A pleasure to deal with this cheerful team. Highly recommended.

Being both retired and not very techy, I have found The Trusted PC Man excellent to deal with when replacing my aging PC. The various options were explained simply and easily and the installation was also quick and easy. I cannot recommend them high enough.

Dan did an excellent job of rescuing my data from an old machine and transferring it to a new one. His service was swift and he provided guidance about new hardware as my knowledge was very out of date. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve just purchased a restaurant with existing CCTV installed by Andy and his team.

They are the go to PC fixer in this locality, friendly and highly competent. When a 'refresh' of my PC didn't do the trick another route (to improving broadband speed) was suggested and to date has worked like a dream. Highly recommended, friendly people who know their stuff.

As a senior person and not technically very knowledgeable the help was very very good and considerate from the whole team. I could not have carried out the work without their expertise - very well done all round.
I would recommend them with complete confidence.
It is conforting to have the availability of such a company to call upon whether on a personal visit or by telephone.

I have used Dan and his crew for many years - since he first started at his current location. I have never failed to get the appropriate (very) knowledgeable response from him and his team, no matter the nature of the problem, or urgency of the request.
These days it can be hard at times to get responsive customer service in some areas, but that definitely does not apply to Dan and his team. Trust him and his crew, they are (very) good, have stellar IT experience, and outstanding customer service.

Andy and his team have been outstanding in their professionalism, expertise and good humour in supporting me with my pc needs over at least the last 13 years or so! They have been patient, good humoured and always found solutions - and are excellent value for money.

I was dreading changing my computer after 9 years with all the detritus on it, but Dan was marvellously helpful and supportive, and made the whole experience very easy. It is marvellous that it doesn't take ten minutes to get it going in the morning! Thanks Dan.
