Love it, love it, love it. It’s always a great visit at Margaux. My whippet loves all the treats and natural chews. Great shop, good prices and fantastic customer service.

Love going to this shop, it has very lovely things for dogs and treats that my dog enjoys. My cocker spaniel fears going inside any shops and at first he refused to walk in, I had to carry him in and now he happily walks in wagging his tail! The lady working there is super friendly, always smiling, gives him a treat and talks to him which I think has a really good impact on him so he feels safe there. Glad there is a shop like this here in Hertford and would recommend for any dog owner.

A delightful doggy shop with lots of gorgeous goodies not seen elsewhere. Really helpful and friendly. We bought a matching collar and lead for our dog's 2nd birthday

I was so excited to get to Margaux’s when I heard it was opening and it did not disappoint. A beautiful shop with really welcoming and helpful staff. The shop has a wide range of lovely things varying in price. My dog Roscoe loved it and we left with a gorgeous jumper for him to wear at Xmas. The fact that all items are from British suppliers is also a plus. We will be back again.

I love this shop so much. Beautifully presented, gorgeous quality products that have clearly been picked with love and care! Vino the greyhound is a huge fan of the ostrich knuckle bones and the shop owner is so welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic new shop. They have an excellent range of products and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I left with some ostrich chews and a new coat for my whippet, both of which she loved, and we will be back for more.

One of our fave places to go after a long dog walk (as we live in the town nextdoor), we try to come atleast once a month, love the natural treat/chew bar and all the products are so lovely and no nasties; how a modern dog store should be. Also love how staff recognise my dog and are soo friendly when we come in :)

Just visited the new shop. What a find! Beautiful shop, excellent customer service, with amazing products , that are all British made. If you are in the area it’s a must visit.
