We popped in today in hopes of finding the right harness for our dog. Adrian was full of knowledge and helpful advice, and so good with our dog whilst finding the correct harness for our needs and adjusting to get the right fit. He was a genuine pleasure to meet. We could have bought the same product on amazon, but the service we received was unparalleled. Plenty of product options in the shop, and Adrian mentioned an online click & collect service too. Looking forward to popping by and seeing Adrian again soon.

I ordered online and collected in store within 1 hour. Adrian fitted the harness on my dog seamlessly. A true expert! Couldn’t recommend this store more. Quick, high quality, professional experts.
