5 Star Experience! Gary and his friendly team are a joy to work with. I shared a clear vision and design brief for the kitchen I wanted and Gary brought it to life, first time in his drawings! With this level of attention to detail, I knew they were the ones for the job!
Martin, the kitchen fitter, is highly skilled and experienced and made light work of the installation, consulting me along the way on decisions like placement of handles, cooker hood and tap etc which I really appreciated.
Everyone on the project, (Plasterer, Plumber and Electrician) were brilliant!
I’m so glad I got ghosted by a well known home improvement retailer because the quality of the kitchen, value for money and personal service would not have even come close to this! Couldn’t be happier with the end result! If I could leave an extra star I would!

It's not just the fantastic service we received from Gary that made the experience 5 star, but also the quality of everything we received from him. He gave us some invaluable advice to help cut the costs on appliances and I was worried that I would be disappointed. I was wrong! Everything we received is so high spec, I am shocked! The actual kitchen itself is so well made, the doors are heavy and great quality. It blows our last kitchen, bought from a well known builders merchant, out of the water! Gary himself is clearly an expert; he has a solution for everything and was always on hand to give advice or help us make decisions. The whole process, managed by Gary, ran smoothly and something I thought would be stressful has been so enjoyable. I am so happy with the end result and all the compliments we receive from visitors - I can't recommend Spoon's Kitchens highly enough!

We love our new kitchen. Gary interpreted our ideas perfectly and his suggestions were inspirational resulting in this fantastic kitchen. He was very patient as we refined our design and he had to redraw the plans several times.
Martin, the fitter, did a really professional job fitting it and it was a pleasure to watch him work. He's obviously done this many times before.
We just need to finish it off now with a Duck Egg Blue glass splashback.

From the start Gary was so easy to work with, he was very professional and helped with the design of our new kitchen. Nothing we asked for was too much trouble and he really put out minds at ease. He explained the schedule to us and how it would work. His fitting team was led by Martin who was an absolute joy to have in the house as he was so professional and a real craftsman who took great pride in his work. Nothing was left to chance. The other team members, tiler, plasterer, plumber, electrician were all coordinated by Gary so that they all came in on schedule and we have to say were also a pleasure to have in the house. They all did a terrific job. People always say having a new kitchen is very stressful, but Gary and his team promised a fabulous kitchen and that's what they delivered. We can't recommend Spoons highly enough.

Gary from Spoons was brilliant from design to installation. Despite several amendments on our behalf Gary was ever patient working hard to make sure we had the design that we wanted.
Once we had chosen and placed the order for our new kitchen Gary kept us updated at each step of the installation process.

Three years ago, we purchased our new kitchen from Spoons in Hertford. Gary was excellent and we were really pleased with the final look. A few weeks ago, I contacted Gary to ask his advice as one of our kitchen drawers was no longer soft closing. Gary came out to look at it and ordered the necessary parts and then fixed it the following week. We were so impressed with the after care. Highly recommend Spoons and great to support a local business at the same time.

I had been putting off having a new kitchen for many years, unable to face the inevitable disruption. I needed to find someone who would project-manage the whole process for me to make it as as stress-free as possible.

I can look back now and say that I hit the jackpot! Gary was exactly who I was looking for, taking me from selecting my new kitchen, liaising with the fitter, electricians, worktop supplier, flooring company, tiler etc. ensuring that the kitchen was completed to a high quality in a timely manner.

Spoons Kitchens in Hertford supplied and installed our Kitchen, we have a beautiful Furore high gloss handless cabinet in Cashmere and light Olive.
Gary was so helpful and friendly it made the whole experience less stressful than I was expecting. There was so much to choose from, I found that Gary explained the options well which helped me to make my decisions.
Their fitting team were friendly and cleaned as they worked. Would highly recommend this company, we are now considering having our bedroom installed by them as well.
