Herts Firewood

I ordered last night at about 8pm and i got a call this morning, saying they were going to deliver within the hour. Oh boy, what an efficient service and he put the order where I requested. This is second time of ordering as I was impressed with the service and products previously. I ordered wood, It was very good. I very grateful to for your great service

Good quality logs, delivered quickly, good price, placed exactly where I wanted them with mini lorry crane. Will order local again, much better than previous experiences with national pallet delivery firms.

Really pleased with the logs from Herts Firewood, they are dry and burn well. Delivery took about a week, but guessing this is their busy time. Delivered to the side of the drive out the way which was appreciated. Will definitely use again.

Had my first delivery of a large bag of seasoned logs. Lovely guy delivered the bag was very helpful in that he craned the bag very close to the house. The wood is really good quality and seems to be mostly oak. There were a couple of very large pieces that I thought might not fit into my small woodburner without being cut down but most will. Having the logs in a bag also meant no mess.pkus you give the empties back on the next delivery.

Excellent service. Ordered late Wednesday and Thursday morning received text asking if could take delivery. Due to other commitments asked for Saturday delivery which was happily arranged. Being even more painful I requested a certain time frame which they fitted me into. Wood delivered as close as could possibly be to front door. Yet to burn but seems of excellent quality all clean and no iffy bits and all cut to perfect sizes. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered the logs online yesterday (Thursday) - it was really easy - they contacted me within an hour or so to arrange a delivery - they delivered this morning (so less than 24 hours). The driver was really polite and helpful, we do not live in the easiest place to deliver to so this was really good. And finally the quality of the logs was excellent. 5 stars what's not to like.

They were able to deliver our order on the same day we purchased it. We ordered the premium kiln dried wood which was well worth the extra money. They burn very easily and cleanly. Will be purchasing again.

Quality, properly dried firewood bought from Herts Firewood. They have made it easier now by accepting credit card payments, which makes ordering very convenient! Speedy delivery as well.

As newbies to fire pits we were unsure what wood to buy and the Herts Firewood website was very helpful.
