Love this shop, good quality food at affordable prices. Now they have self service tills and they work really well. Unlike other supermarkets if you have a problem there is always a member staff who responds immediately, so no hanging around.

The lodges are very well equipped, with everything we could need for a comfortable weekend. The whole park is kept very neat but without interfering with the wildlife in the area, the wooded areas and ponds are quite wild. The park is very able to cater for larger parties than ours and family members love it there when visiting for an afternoon. Ledbury is only a couple of miles away for shopping and Aldi is also close by. We have been there a few times and have booked to return at the end of the month. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Lovely and clean throughout.

Just wanted to say the customer service by the team at Aldi Ledbury is brilliant, Phil went out of his way recently to help with an order for some wine and whenever we shop there it is always clean, well stocked and has plenty of parking too!

I stopped shopping at my local Tesco's because they are boring. They stock only few items and always the same while Aldi is changing all of the time. Prices, there's no comparison. Also social media is full of video showing how Tesco's don't really care about their customers.

A great Aldi’s. I visit it at least 3x a month. It has a decent car park in an easily accessible area out of town. Inside, it is clean, spacious, light & airy. Always well stocked and clean. Wish they would build one like this in Newent where we have no decent affordable supermarkets.

Friendly store which has become very popular.
Prices very good and selection fair, given the size of the shop.
Branded products not always sold here, although some have now crept into the store (e.g. Heinz).
Self checkouts now in store so basket shops are a lot faster.

I live in Hereford but I use Aldi in Ledbury because there is no problems driving through Hereford there is room to park and the store is bigger and roomier. It's just better than Hereford. They also do more stuff. Aldi need no praise from me they're just good value and worth the trip.

Nice supermarket, one of my favorites. I always find everything I need here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Recommend.

This Aldi was clean tidy and well stocked, the staff seemed courteous and it was a pleasant shopping experience. I was able to purchase all that I needed and would not hesitate to stop there again.

It was pain-free shopping, the staff were first class in customer care and you had everything I needed plus more.

Totally brilliant. Good quality a lovely atmosphere and such reasonable prices. The staff are extremely helpful and you never have to wait long at the check out some. The food is pretty good quality, especially the fruit and vegs. I have shopped here now for a good 2 years maybe more. Excellent value, especially in these tough times we are all experiencing.

Good selection on shelves, staff will help if questions are answered, always engaging at the tills. Great cost for a weekly shop and Aldi's 'golden aisles' are a wonder, but get in quick for those bargains as they do go really quickly there.

Good parking with plenty of spaces. Shopping experience is great. I shop there regularly. They have Cl;ick and Collect shopping parking spaces but sadly no charge points for EV owners whilst they are shopping.

Tried the new click & collect service, absolutely brilliant, nothing missing or substituted off our order and the layout for click & collect parking is very good.
In and out in less than 8 minutes.
Service is so good we are using them every week now.

Has all the basics you need, at a fair price, having a large family this is important for me. The quality of the food is often comparable to, or exceeding that other supermarkets, so why not? What you may struggle to get is less common ingredients, such as fresh lemon grass etc, but you can make targeted trips to other supermarkets for those items, resisting the urge to browse and accidentally rack up a big checkout bill! Generally the staff are friendly and helpful.
