Homebase - Ledbury

Been here twice in the last few months and it's one of those rare places where the staff offer great advice on our purchases,offering to help loading the trolley with flooring and even telling us of the savings with the current offers.nothing too much trouble and each member of staff we met seemed to be very genuine with their comments.a great shop to buy from

Couldn't find what I was looking for, a lady called Christina was absolutely fantastic, without her help, advice and expertise I wouldn't have made a purchase!! After sorting my requirements she very kindly carried the products to the till where there was a queue so she opened another till so I didn't have to wait. Many thanks for your real dedication, manner and overall assistance 😃

Useful DIY store that has a good range of tools, paints, parts and a garden centre.

This shop is my local hardware outlet. I like it and the people who work there. They seem to have adapted really well to social distancing and it seems to have evoked a good spirit. The staff are really helpful and just plain nice. I obtained what I required with ease. All in all a pleasant experience for an otherwise mundane task.

Went into Homebase to buy kitchen items discounted online. Store manager Paul was helpful finding alternative stock when the discounted range was completely sold out. Very helpful and much appreciated.

Medium sized store with friendly staff. In the process of revamping their range so some holes in stock but otherwise a good range of products, including homeware, lighting, flooring, paint, tools, plumbing, electrics, building materials and a small garden department.

My son and I went to Homebase for a storage box. What made us smile and very happy was the wonderful greeting we got from an employee outside wiping the trolly’s ( I think he is American) even though during this time of worry with Covid-19 he made our day and he is a credit to Homebase. All the staff are friendly but he was special.😊 Thank you.

Wonderful, staff all extremely helpful. Competitively priced for alot of items I was looking for. Will return in future even though other stores are closer to home.

Visited Ledbury Homebase yesterday having telephoned first to confirm item is in stock . Very impressed with staff who were very friendly and helpful . Social distancing and one way system was explained and effective. A very enjoyable experience.

Staff are so nice here very helpfull and friendly lots of different stuff to browse around at all ways quite busy around a great car park here though

I placed a order a electric fire and went to pick it up the staff were very helpful and friendly too great store too.

Excellent had a question before I bought some laminate flooring was delt with promptly by young Mr Bunn then went to the till where I was served by April who was very polite

Always a pleasure going to Homebase staff are happy and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Also helps having Argos within Homebase.

Great social distancing measures in place and shelves pretty well stocked. Not busy and no queue in the afternoon either!

Great service from the manager at Homebase in Ledbury (a store I visited whilst in the area) who rectified a problem I was having with Homebase Market Harborough (my local store) who were very unhelpful and unwilling to help.
