Been coming here about a year now and I can say that it's the best premier in Durham, amazing boss and staff, such nice people and so easy to have a nice chat with, wouldn't go anywhere else!

0 stars from me. this place is a disgrace! my elderly mother has her papers delivered daily from here and just because she was 1 day late they cancelled her account...bearing in mind it was bank holiday monday and the bank is not open for her to collect her money to pay the account. ( 1 DAY LATE) this happened last bank holiday too. well i hope youre proud of yourselves guys. a great customer wont be back.
