Vets4Pets - Hartlepool

Our cat Saffie was put to sleep today after 18 years independently living with us. The vet we saw today was very caring as we made the heartbreaking decision to let her go. We were supported throughout, and our beloved cat was allowed to slip away peacefully. We can't thank the staff enough.

Excellent, vets with very kind caring staff . Sadly our cat was very poorly but she and us were treated with care and compassion and respect, we always saw the same vet who was so lovely and kind. The reception staff were lovely too.. would highly recommend this vets

Fantastic front staff, they are really there for you and your pet.
Vets are highly qualified and give you true honest advice and I honestly cannot fault them. I have been many time with my daschund, unfortunately, but every time we feel comfort knowing we are on safe hands. Highly Recommend.

I've signed up for their Puppy Care, very good value. Wonderful staff, the receptionist Ann-Marie was particularly helpful. My puppy was very relaxed

Wouldn't take Milo anywhere else, All the staff remember him as he was so small when he went for his first injection. Receptionists do an amazing job in such a busy environment and the vets are so loving towards Milo. I know he is always in good hands

Pets 4 Pets is such a caring vetinary care, everything they do is best for your pet and are such a caring place for you pets needs would recommend them to anyone who have pets that need attention

We called Vets 4 Pets at 10am after going to our regular vets being misled (our local vets4pets said we could do emergency surgery that same day on the phone at 8.30AM, we arrived here and we were turned down for surgery telling us we had to wait 2 weeks for surgery at that vets but are welcome to call round the other out of area vets4pets to see if they could do surgery today, this is how we ended up at the Hartlepool vets4pets) we were told to get there within the hour and they could do the surgery we needed (partial tail amputation). We arrived within 20 minutes and the staff were incredible and looked after us and our dog, they went over the fees with us and were so helpful. They looked after our Harley incredibly and im so so grateful for everyone who works there. We have since been back for her checkup and again they have been amazing with her and us. Thankyou so much to Vets4Pets Hartlepool and their staff. I will be forever grateful for you.

The vet was very helpful and tried her best to make Lola comfortable while doing all the checks as quick as she could. The reception staff are always smiling and very polite and helpful. Love this vet practice

The team here are amazing! They're all lovely, right from the reception staff to the vets. I was really worried about my dog and quite tearful when I left him for his procedure. They were all lovely with me. My dog was greeted by every member of staff, fussed over and treated like royalty. He was looked after perfectly from start to finish. Everything about his procedure was explained to me really well and I had time to ask as many questions as I wanted. I was so relieved that my dog had such amazing care, I don't think I'd ever take him anywhere else!

My cat needed emergency treatment and vets4pets Hartlepool were just fantastic. My cat was given excellent treatment and I was given full and Frank explanation of what to look out for and what to expect. I fully recommend them I feel reassured.

The reception staff are very helpful, friendly and calming (our cat Frank has been very poorly recently with two infected paws)
Thankfully Frank is better now, and this appointment was for his yearly vaccination and a check to ensure his paws were still behaving and clear. Kate sorted both worming and flea / tick tablets for Frank also.
Kate is a lovely vet - she knows Frank and is soothing with him (and us :-))

First time visit with newly registered pet who had developed an unknown problem. Given an immediate appointment. Excellent care and discussion with both vets ( two days treatment for tests.) currently waiting for test results and follow up.

I came in as an emergency as Lennon had been hit by a car. I rang up and they said come straight down when I got there they were waiting for him. One lady took him straight through to the vet and a man sat me and my daughter down with some tissues as we were very upset. They kept us informed of what was happening and how Lennon was doing and I could have kissed the vet when he told me it wasn’t that bad and he had broken his hip. The vet took me through what was showing on the xray and answered all the questions I had even though I probably asked too many (my daughter said I did) he was patient and explained everything. When I bought Lennon back 2 days later for his check up the vet remembered him and seemed genuinely pleased that he’s doing so well. The receptionists are always lovely they are so kind and seem to remember all the animals by name, they remember all 5 of my cats even though on this occasion I didn’t come to the practice for a pleasant reason they as always reassured me they would look after my pet, kept me informed and on this occasion even looked after me too. I hope you pass this praise on because they are a truly amazing team at Hartlepool

The staff, especially reception, are always so friendly and welcoming and will always do what they can for you. The vet I saw on the day I had never seen before but was very friendly and took an interest in my cat.
