Pleasant staff and a wide range of both own brand and major brands. Well laid out and bright store.
Has plenty of good price offers, worth a visit.
Still the same good value though prices slightly increased, some staff willing to make time for patter whilst serving.

Visiting a while later still the same service from a pleasant and competent staff, prices slighy increased but no surprise in that with the state of the market

Amazing deals and such great customer service. Staff very friendly and diligent. 4 for £30 for 24 crates of pop, superb value.

I love the farm foods shop on Catcote Road, Hartlepool. It's always clean and organised and the products are always prices less than the big supermarkets. They sell fantastic branded food stuff and often have special offers on already discounted prices! The staff in there are all wonderful, always willing to help and always polite and friendly. If only more shops could be like this it would make grocery shopping a much more pleasant chore! Well done Farmfoods!

Well stocked shelves with some fantastic offers.
Only negative is one till open at any time.

Fantastic store staff are always helpful, good prices. Only problem is ignorant people parking in disabled spaces without a blue badge.

Went here for the 1st time today wat a luvley experience staff were amazing so friendly and helpful didn't get the names of the man and woman filling the chilled meat shelfs soo helpful and the cashier mia on the till nothing was a bother and I even got 7.00 off my shopping off the voucher offer nice to leave a shop happy 😊

Like farm foods good bargains

Great frozen food store with lots of choices, staff are always lovely and friendly/helpful at my local store (Brierton Lane/Catcote Road Hartlepool) The prices can be a little bit more than other places but on the whole a pleasant shopping experience.
